“Boho Manor hosted our women's retreat this year and it was fabulous! We loved the moody, luxe vibe of the hotel and the lounge. We did a full venue buyout and it was so wonderful to be able to spread out and enjoy every nook and cranny of this beautiful hotel. Yoga overlooking the Russian River was one of the highlights. We saw a blue heron skimming the water, a mommy ducky swimming with her babies, and the sunrise was magnificent. The food was divine and the staff took such good care of us. We will definitely be back!“

This time, I decided to stay a few days at the new Home collection lodging and the getaway was completely remarkable. I will make sure to come back more often in order to unplug and relax completely in this paradisiacal getaway.“

“My friend and I shared a wine tasting which consisted of three small glasses of tasting size. You get to pick the three wines that you want. Not a huge selection., but works. We decided to eat there and I got the crabcakes which were pretty tasty a spicy sauce on top, and there were bell peppers and with the crabcakes. My friend got salmon with the skin was very crispy which he likes but the inside was too rare and he had to ask them to cook it more. It came back, still a bit too rare, and we fed that to the seagulls….The couscous salad that came with it was the best thing of all. I would not run back there but if you’re hungry and in that exact area, it’s a convenient place to grab a bite to eat. They have a couple of different patios outside, and the staff was very friendly. The one remark my friend said was that if they’re going to leave the salmon that raw like they said they usually do, they should ask people how they like it cooked. He loves sushi, but it was too rare for him being that it was salmon. It was a great day to get away from the high heat of Sonoma. We went from the 90s to the 60s wearing a jacket. He had never gone by the school house from Alford Hitchcock The Birds, so we did that on the way out.“

“We've eaten here several times. It's a favorite of ours when we're in the Bodega Bay area. My husband and I like to share a cup of their (in our opinion) delicious chowder along with each us having one of their huge and tasty breakfast burritos.

This last time we went, we actually didn't get a chance to eat because their power had just come on after having been out since 10pm the night before. They had noticeable signage out front and they politely let us know when we pulled in. Unfortunately, our young son had gotten car sick on the drive up, so we took a moment to clean him up before leaving. The man working their offered to let us in to use the restroom to clean him up, and while I was taking that offer up, he offered my husband some towels to clean up the car (we had some, but still appreciated the offer). We just wanted to let people know that the customer services here is awesome, even when they aren't able to take customers.“

“We love this place! The food is ALWAYS good; the service is always good, and we love that there is always a good band playing and we get to dance! Our first waiter was Ben and oh how we loved him so we always asked for him when we would go in. Sadly, Ben moved out of the area but then we got Danny! Another fantastic server and now we always ask for her! Can't vouch for the other servers but my guess would be that they are all good! Susie is the owner, and she is wonderful! She always mingles with her guests and even gets many of them up dancing! I hope she knows how much her regulars appreciate her! I'm so glad we found this place because we do not live out there. We live in Santa Rosa, and I must say it is always worth the trip out there for a great evening!“
