“Absolutely delicious, cooked fresh and everything you want in a snack. There’s lots of savory and sweet options- I went with a ham and cheese one and a mixed berry cream cheese one. It looks like they have new and limited flavor options rotated out regularly. Paying is cash or Venmo only, but was very inexpensive. It took about 10 mins, and there’s some picnic tables nearby with cute little birds to keep you company while you wait.
It was cooked perfectly, melty and piping hot on the inside, and crispy on the outside, with a mildly sweet and crispy shell. Absolute perfection! A great way to grab a quick snack and take a short break while shopping. I definitely will be back.“

“Been coming here for over a year and it never misses. I always get the Memphis Gold wings with jerk seasoning, bone-in, and they’re consistently crispy, juicy, and full of flavor. I usually order takeout and grab the Ja Pack (12 wings, fries, carrots, and celery). Everything comes out hot and fresh every time. Easily one of the best wing spots in Downtown LA — highly recommend.“

“We stopped by while visiting LA, in search of good local tacos and Taco La 26 did not disappoint!!! The tortillas were fresh, the salsa was delicious & the al pastor was my favorite! I love that they have free roasted potato’s and onions, so no matter what you get a filling meal.
You order at the food station then pay at the counter with the square machines. No where to sit but honestly they’ll be gone before you could sit down.
It is a block from skid row, & as tourist we weren’t familiar - but like anywhere else, just pay attention to your surroundings. The location is gated and there’s plenty of parking.
Open late and so delicious! 10/10 recommend & would DEFINITELY eat here again.“

“I got the torta cubana and my girlfriend got the Suiza because she’s vegetarian. We both really enjoyed our food. Great experience. Only complaint is that they ONLY ACCEPT CASH. It’s 2026…set up a Venmo/PayPal or something. The atmosphere is nothing to rave about. I was going to give them 4 stars because of the cash issue but my girlfriend really wanted me to give them 5 stars so here we are.“

“Food was delicious and service was fast. They do also offer non spicy/mild for children. A variety of delicious options to choose from. Bulgogi was seasoned very well and nothing was dry. Overall 10/10. Very much looking forward to eating here again.

“Been meaning to hit this place, but always pass them up. Glad I stopped by, they got some good eats here. Tried the Vamipro with bistec and potato. Nice and crispy hand made tortilla. Potatos were healthy cut pieces and soft. Also had the Guisado sampler and man they are not shy with the servings. I definitely recommend the sampler plate if you are wanting to try the different options of guisados. For this location early is better as they do sell out of items on the early side. They also have restaurant where you can get there goods as well.“

“Honestly the best food truck ever! The service was quick and friendly and the food was a bomb!!! i tried their trendy deep friend quesadillas and they were delicious!!! we ordered a Pastor burrito (huge), the deep fried quesadilla, a sope, a huarache and two large Jamaicas for only 46usd. “This is one of the most unique and best mariscos spots you’ll find in the U.S. We had the strawberry aguachile it was spicy, incredibly delicious, and paired with some of the freshest shrimp I’ve ever had. The chef runs a one man operation and makes everything from scratch. He’s a creative genius and a very kind person. I’ll definitely be back.“

“The Lobster Roll is excellent. The bun is deep-fried, which gives it a great rich flavor and crispy texture, pairing perfectly with the fresh, generous lobster meat. Another standout is the Tofu Pudding—it has a very unique, rich aroma and is incredibly smooth.
The ingredients are fresh, the service is genuinely friendly, and the place is clean. Great quality for the price. I'll definitely be back!“

“Dude, I’m really impressed with this little spot. The food is flavorful, fresh, and not greasy, and the gentlemen working here are kind Sinaloenses who are easy to talk to. Authentic Mexican food without the fluff. The tacos are fairly priced and GOOD, the gringa is insane if that’s your thing.
If you’re looking for something a bit lighter, I highly recommend the bowl. The flavors are spot on, the portions are generous (easily enough for two meals), and it’s hearty without being heavy.
This is my new spot. Maybe I’m a little biased since my family is also from Mazatlán, but trust me, this place is authentic and you feel good spending your money here.“

“I'm here at an amazing spot on hillhurst in Los Feliz across from Albertsons... A staple for Mexican foods for sure 💯 I had the carne asada burrito and it's just so bomb.. the burrito was HUGE. like ol' school huge 👌 probably the most authentic Ive had in 15+ years ❤️❤️❤️❤️ ... “Very comfortable place to be in. Everyone was relaxed and you could hear the staff in the kitchen communicating getting the orders out. They have good lighting, a larger modern menu board with a great selection. They had light hearted music playing and a big tv to watch the Dodger games. I was surprised to see Birria on the menu so had to get that for sure! I think I will may this my goto spot a couple days a week so I can eat better for less and no dishes to wash.“
