“Stopped by the Jamba in Monterey Park and ordered the Strawberry Whirl, and it was honestly exactly what I needed, very refreshing, not too sweet, and tasted super fresh. The staff were friendly and quick even though it was a bit busy, the place always feels clean and well kept. It’s one of those spots you can count on for a good pick-me-up whether you’re starting your day or just need something energizing in the afternoon. I’ll be coming back for sure.“

“Always a delicious snack. These pretzels are always consistently great (I buy the cinnamon and sugar variety), and the guy that took care of me was polite, professional and friendly. His coworker gave me a weird look when I approached them to place my order, but I will not deduct a star for that.“

“The service was excellent. I ordered a pretzel without butter (I can’t have dairy) which they had to custom make, so it was a bit of a wait. They burned my pretzel in the oven so they had to remake it, and they offered me a free drink to sip on while I wait to make up for the inconvenience. They also offered me sauces to go with my pretzel once it was finally done. Unfortunately, the remade pretzel still tasted burnt, so I went back to try to get a refund. I was expecting to have to argue with them but they immediately agreed to refund it. Although the service was great, I probably wouldn’t come here again because of the burnt-tasting food — I’ll keep sticking to Wetzel’s Pretzels!“
