“The view was phenomenal, a great view of the Pacific Ocean, on Thursday and Sunday a pianist plays there contributing to the ambience, wide open windows and a telescope!
Parking: For guests at the hotel not a hassle in walking distance, public parking on site.
Wheelchair accessibility: Ramps, and handicap lifts.“

“What a great experience! Highly recommend having a drink here and an appetizer while enjoying the outside fire pits and stunning views. Loved the live music, too! We had an outstanding waiter named Denzel .. best service ALL weekend!! He was kind, knowledgeable, and very welcoming to us. He convinced me to have the Espresso martini and it was delicious!!!“
“Best bar in the 831. Always an awesome time there. The staff is amazing. The owner is awesome and really cares about keeping his patrons safe and comfortable. The bouncers are respectful and alert. There is a jukebox with all the music you could think up. There are two pool tables, a dart board and plenty of TVs to watch your games.

“This was our first time to the Shearwater Tavern - we were so wonderfully surprised - everything was truly amazing, the service, the ambience, the staff were truly some of the most customer oriented folks we have ever encountered - The food was outstanding !!!! We will definitely be back - thank you to everyone for making us feel so welcome , especially our server Christian - you did a great job!!!!!“

“This is a great place to taste wine from all over the world. The sommelier’s are really knowledgeable without being elitist and make you feel right at home in the cozy space.“
“This bar is the type of clubby leather clad place that is perfect for a “final final”. The bartenders give great service and there is a wide selection of scotches and bourbons and cognac. There are also several televisions and they serve a limited menu of pub food. Sit by the fireplace and relax after fighting the winds at Spanish Bay.“

absolutely delicious food. atmosphere could be a little more cheery, and I think that would have a lot to do with whoever Is handling the bar.. Definitely needs a little more love as far as customer service but overall this place has a lot of potential. EdithEsquire“
