They were both super helpful and made it easy. Had a great time with good drinks. Even pumped our own music through their sound system. Nice looking place with chill vibe.“

He was so polite to show me where to get the key for the shower and extremely cordial and professional took the time to walk me over to the front desk. These are quality people that you have here. He would be an awesome flight attendant.!!“

“Amazing place to hang out if you are near San Francisco Airport. The vibe is good, place is cozy. I visited on Saturday night and DJ was amazing. Good dance floor. Helpful staff and some good options of cocktails. Ample parking that is free too over weekends. Must visit place. Kash was great in making sure only the right aged people are getting inside. He was humble and cheerful person. Dancing as well 😂 on the beats inside.“

I mentioned to Gil that my only wish in this world was to go to the Super Bowl and to my absolute surprise, he bought me a ticket! I was stunned and so deeply moved. His kindness and generosity are truly rare and something I’ll never forget. The atmosphere at 840 Wine is warm and welcoming, the drinks are fantastic, and Gil’s heart is even bigger than the great wine selection. “I've been staying and working in South San Francisco this week without a car. Have dined there for lunch 2 days in a row now, and both days I also brought back dinner to my hotel for the evening. Everything has been delicious with fresh ingredients. Really creative and elevated offerings for a quick service restaurant. The salmon was especially amazing! I had 2 really dismal experiences earlier in the week with Doordash and only wish I had tried Foundry & Lux sooner. I'll be back tomorrow before heading back home on Saturday 😀“

“Incredible experience; reservation for two, valet parking, attentive staff, and the grounds are beautiful. We had the Seafood Tower, which was good, but the New England Clam Chowder changed our lives. Pro tip: ask for an extra bread roll, the bread is amazing. We also had their zero-proof Manzana Muels, two each, they were so good. Every aspect of the meal felt thoughtful and carefully curated; cheers to the chef. And the bathrooms were first class.“

“I was visiting Halfmoon bay for work… just stumbled into this place… what a great location! I went on a weekday breakfast time so not much wait but got a great table with fascinating views. More than that the service given by my table waitress Maria was top notch. She made my day with her outstanding level of service! Quality of food is amazing and combined with the pristine ocean 🌊 view makes the time fly in seconds! I was there for almost 3 hours enjoying my morning breakfast. If you are visiting Halfmoon bay you should not miss this spot. The only negative I would say here is the cost of parking - they make Valet mandatory and it’s $35! It hurts.“

“This rating is for their lunch buffet which is offered on Wednesday, Thursday, and Fridays. The food was good and fresh. The buffet menu changes daily. You can check the day before on their website on what they will be offering the next day. They had tempura squash, sautéed greenbeans, crispy pata, fried chicken, baked fish, tinola chicken soup, steamed rice, garlic rice, and pancit. Dessert it was only buko pandan. They also had pickled ampalaya (bittermelon) and a tomato onion salad. As for the atmosphere, the place was too dim for me. More like lighting for a night club,and it was lunch time. Wish it were brighter. Price is very good.“
