“We have been going to Heirloom Pizza a few times a year for a while now and have always enjoyed great food and good service. This was until last night. The food was still delicious and the server was good. That was the limit of a good experience. The hostess had a look that we were bothering her by wanting to eat there. We arrived about 7pm and they were busy, but it only took about 10 minutes to be seated. We ordered fairly quickly and then waited for over 50 minutes to have an appetizer to reach our table and another 25 minutes for our main dish. By the time we received our appetizer the restaurant had only 5-6 tables with people still sitting. We understand that it takes a little longer for a deep dish pizza, but well over an hour in unacceptable. In the 50 minutes we saw no less than a dozen or so orders go out the door for pickup orders. I understand they sell pizza and there is likely a large amount of business that doesn't come an stay to eat, but we felt forgotten. If we choose to go back, maybe we should order before arriving.“

“Cozy atmosphere, crazy fast service, the kindest workers, and the best pizza!! I’ve gone a couple times and they never fail! Everything from the lasagna to the caesar salad and everything in between is awesome. They have a live band sometimes and have tiramisu Tuesdays! (Who could say no to free dessert)

“We thoroughly enjoyed the pizza at Mountain Mike’s and found this local chain to be superior to other popular pizza chains across America. It compares favorably to our favorite local chain back home, particularly excelling in its selection of pizza toppings. We tried the McKinley Mountain pizza, and it was delightful. However, the cheese garlic bread was more like cheese pizza and didn’t quite meet our expectations for garlic bread. For anyone visiting from out of town, we highly recommend trying this local pizza chain.“

“Very delicious pasta! The soup and salad are also very good and you can order them on the menu along with a pizza or pasta of your choice. The oil that they bring you along with the bread at the entrance is also very good. The atmosphere is quite quiet and there is space to park outside and the service was very fast.“

“The service was wonderful. 2 items we ordered were out. NBD. Our medium rare steak was blue which they promptly fixed to a mid well. Ok. NBD. The meatloaf was thin sliced and way over cooked the mash and veg was just above room temp. Honestly if I lived here I'd probably go back but as a tourist with one shot .. I won't return when there are so many other places to try. I like the vibes and the food was trying. Perhaps the kitchen staff was over it because it was NYE. Whatever the case it was ok.

Vegetarian options: They had tofu on the menu, which is one of the big reasons we chose to try it and they were out.
