“We tried their brunch menu and was not disappointed. We ordered from the most friendly staff at the window the Andouille Shrimp and Grits which had creamy cheddar grits, the breakfast sandwich with home style fried potatoes, Banana Bread Louise which is banana bread french toast with Bananas Foster topping and a Grains in Purgatory bowl which had farrow. Roasted vegetables and two sunny side up eggs topped with chili crisp. I was pleasantly surprised by how flavorful the Grains in Purgatory was considering it was mostly vegetarian except for the eggs. It has the right amount of spice and the farrow had a nice bite. The breakfast sandwich had scrambled egg and thickly sliced bacon and arugula, the home fries that came on the side were perfectly seasoned and crispy. Those potatoes were the bomb! The gravy on the shrimp and grits was a little too salty for me but those creamy cheddar grits were so rich and smooth. Get the Banana Bread Louise to share for dessert! It's amazing! I look forward to trying items on their lunch menu especially the jerk salmon“

I would also add the potatoes should have bell pepper and onion mixed in with them...imo...I will say this much, we were in there to sign paperwork for my daughter and her husband's very first house...we met there, specifically because it is an organic place, we had been there many times before. We were there this time to celebrate and sign papers. We were rushed out however, and it should have been noticed by the waiter that we were obviously celebrating... gift bags, mimosas, and an obvious celebratory atmosphere at our table.. pictures were being taken, and paper work everywhere... we were pushed out, the waiter was OBVIOUSLY annoyed that we had been sitting there longer than he deemed necessary, which was unfortunate. He was left, despite his obvious annoyance, a 30% tip. Other than that the food is very good and we will continue to come here. We WILL say, if we get "pushed out" again... it WILL be an issue. As an ex waitress myself, it is imperative that people understand in the service business, not everyone goes out to breakfast all the time, some of us go out to celebrate, to spend time together because we don't see each other that often..... we chose to come see you... it's important that that energy is picked up on. My husband had never been and he ordered the honeycomb banana milk latte. We used the touch screen in the shop to order, he ordered the drink as normal and added honey boba. When he received his drink, however, it had no honeycomb, which he mentioned to the man working. The man said “oh it’s not included anymore, it’s $1 extra.” We were very confused by this and my husband was quiet upset and disappointed. It feels like false advertising. Honeycomb is literally in the name ??♀️ Will likely choose other boba shops over this one that have better service and clearer descriptions of drinks without being shady about it.“

To compliment the noodles we got banh mi as an appetizer and yes we asked them cut it 3 ways because the whole fam wanted to try it. The bread was crisp yet soft and loaded with meat. To tie the whole meal together we got some crispy chicken wings with the perfect sauce: fish sauce. This hole in the wall restaurant is a gem. Glad I found this place!“

“Stumbled across Delightful Foods in San Francisco this weekend at Clement Streets Farmers Market & the owner was passing out samples of their top selling pies 1) sweet potato 2) apple 3) key lime & 4) lemon cheese. I bought 3 pies & OMG the lemon cheese is soooo good like something you'd taste in a Michelin rated restaurant & the sweet potato pie is also very very good I should've bought more perfectly sized & priced but more so the delicious fresh taste!
