“Great food, but the Service is not very good. I use the app to have my food ready when I get to the store, and today I had to wait 15 minutes for an order that should have been ready when I got there. Do better Jack in The box, this was a Sunday afternoon at 3:00, so it was not a very busy time.“
“In my 15 yrs going there, never had a bad experience. Yes, sometimes orders were forgotten or just wrong, but it was immediately fixed, and an apology issued. Last month(I believe) we went and got our usual 2 sourdough chicken sandwiches and large fries for me and whatever large burger combo for hubby. Well, checked the order enough to see we had the proper amount of burgers in bag, but sadly, not the right ones. We called and asked to return, were told yes and on we went. Lady at drive-thru remembered us because hubby gave her $70 on an order of only $38 and change(bills stuck together) and had a chuckle over it. Well, she hadn't given us a receipt, but was ok with it. Then the issue came. We got charged an extra $8 on the fix, saying she didn't charge us correctly, we kinda pushed the matter, but not really. When we get home and I told hubby, that it didn't seem right and to go online and check prices. We HAD been charged correctly the 1st time and HAD been overcharged the 2nd time. So had him contact corporate. Still waiting a whole month or so later. Very disappointed...smh“
“I was pleasantly surprised. The food was freshly cooked the french fries were hot haven't seen that for a while but I don't usually shop at this particular one. I was surprised when they said they had discontinued small beverages you have a medium or large now. And it was a refreshing change to be able to use the bathroom without getting a code. I get so tired of having to have someone give me a code or unlock the door while you wait. Great job.“

“We go here after work. They are fast, surprisingly food is fresh. We go there around 5:30-5:45pmRecently they have been putting the tacos in one bag. Can’t share like that. And the napkins have been ripped off from a roll. Hopefully that changed soon.“
“It is a very good fast food place, very good prices and quick service.
There are promotions during the seasons where local baseball, football, and basketball teams play.
Many dynamics such as points for purchases, promotions.“
“I've rated this 4 or 5 after a prior visit. Here I am at 12 midnight, needing food. I place the order and almost lose my voice, yelling into the speaker it's not working well, but the main reason I'm leaving positive feedback is, idk how the doing it, it's like voodoo or something...I was the only car in the drive thru I place my order of a combo meal churros and a large shake. By the time I left the speaker and drove right to the second window, the entire order was ready. It was that quick. The food is good and reliable.
Wheelchair accessibility: Yes“
“I came through the drive-thru after midnight on New Year’s Day, was so happy they were open because my friend and I were hungry. I got the teriyaki bowl without chicken and it was so good! Even though I didn’t eat it until about 30 minutes after I got it, it was still hot! The rice is really fluffy and the veggies were fresh and steamy. I didn’t realize there wouldn’t be a teriyaki sauce if I didn’t get the chicken, but it was good nonetheless. Price wasn’t bad, for a #4 and the bowl it was under $25.
