“One of the busiest fast food restaurants in the city by sheer volume and they get the food out fast. They make mistakes from time to time but they're quick to correct them without hesitation.
Jack's also acknowledges the high combo prices by making their regular size drinks the other competition's large.“
“I was pleasantly surprised. The food was freshly cooked the french fries were hot haven't seen that for a while but I don't usually shop at this particular one. I was surprised when they said they had discontinued small beverages you have a medium or large now. And it was a refreshing change to be able to use the bathroom without getting a code. I get so tired of having to have someone give me a code or unlock the door while you wait. Great job.“

“The Jack in The Box people forgot to give me fries. I payed to get three fries and they gave me two. I was very disappointed when I came home and checked my bag. This has happened multiple times to me when I buy Jack in The Box. My request is to check people's orders before you put them in the bag. Do better next time.“
“As soon as I walked in, three employees welcomed me. I had left McDonald's on Day St, poor customer service. I was waiting for about 10 minutes and they never got to me so that's when I decided to go Jack in the Box. I will be returning
I just wanted to give an update on my previous review. I come here once or twice per week, AC is cold, food is good, I appreciate the friendly employees. But sometimes as I sit here, as I did last week, I notice how the homeless come in and help themselves to the soda dispenser, and then walking out without paying; dirty hands, dirty clothing, they look like they haven't taken a shower in months. You have people sitting here eating, but when they come in and put their hands all over the soda dispenser, using dirty cups, it's just very unsanitary and disgusting. I'll keep coming but I wish they'd do something about it like McDonald's has.“
“It was rush hour when we went. There were only 3 individuals in the kitchen that we could see. They did a FANTASTIC job keeping up with the flow.
The dining area was a little dirty, but what does one expect with only 3 people running the restaurant.
The food was great. Nice and hot.
Very friendly shift leader was our cashier. I didn't pay attention to her name. Under all the pressure, she still was able to laugh with us and smile.“
“Sometimes the employees have a little bit of negativity or judgment against certain patrons that come in for example: the less fortunate or the homeless that come and spend their money just like everybody else. I've noticed this attitude towards certain patrons on multiple ocations visiting this Jack in the box. I myself have been in that same boat in my life and to be treated LESS THAN at a fast food restaurant is ridiculous. They are human beings just like the rest of us and deserve respect specially if they show nothing but kindness and respect towards everybody else.“
“I came through the drive-thru after midnight on New Year’s Day, was so happy they were open because my friend and I were hungry. I got the teriyaki bowl without chicken and it was so good! Even though I didn’t eat it until about 30 minutes after I got it, it was still hot! The rice is really fluffy and the veggies were fresh and steamy. I didn’t realize there wouldn’t be a teriyaki sauce if I didn’t get the chicken, but it was good nonetheless. Price wasn’t bad, for a #4 and the bowl it was under $25.
