“This place has the best Mexican food in town. The meat is high quality and the food is very satisfying. The burritos and tacos are very tasty and very fulfilling. Recommend for anyone looking for authentic Mexican Food. Get the Shave Ice. It's very good“
“Have really been enjoying the breakfasts at this place. Great chili verde with eggs and the machaca is really good too. Friendly environment and great service. No waiting around for your meal even when they are busy. This cook and owner makes great food. They have kept thier prices reasonable too!!Their kids help too!! A family business well worth trying out and supporting!!“
“Best donuts in town. The buttermilk donuts are my favorite while my boys love the chocolate bars. We even took them to Arizona for the boys. Service is always great and we love supporting small family run business. Give them a try in the morning while they are still fresh. You will love them.“
“I love this place! Their bagel sandwiches are super tasty and they don't skimp on ingredients. I am always happy with my value for the price and the customer service is always top notch!!The pizza bagel is awesome, but I wish they had Italian sausage to add to it. :)We come here at least once a week for different bagels including the pizza bagel, different breakfast bagels, the BLT with avacado added, mayo and mustard on sourdough, sesame or cheese bagels. They have a drive thru too so you can order ahead or buy thru the drive thru and not have to go in. They also offer a spam breakfast sandwich now too!!“
“Surprisingly good fluffy pancakes and crispy sausage. The butter was kind of weird with cinnamon in it but, since I do like cinnamon I ate it.The service could've been better but it is what it is.I won't go back but it is a good breakfast joint.Wheelchair accessibility: The glass/metal pull doors are tough to hold open and since the waiting staff are not very friendly, don't expect them to open and hold the door for you.“
“Flames is a longtime fixture in South San Jose. Like any respectable diner, the food is good, made to order and served hot. Servings are generously proportioned. The coffee is bland but mugs are refilled with fastidious regularity. The servers are extremely attentive and responsive. Just about the best diner experience you could hope for.“
“As you can see from my photo...my breakfast linguisa scramble was made beautifully and served hot. I only wish it was made more flavorful....and I I don't mean hot salsa or chili...I wish they used more seasonings, herbs & species... especially on the potatoes. My overall experience was wonderful, staff was professional & efficient, and my coffee was constantly topped off. Thank you for a wonderful morning ?“
