“Came in for a late dinner with a large order (a family of 8) kind of close to closing time. Was having a tough time making the selections for the order and Ana and Priscilla were extremely patient and helpful. They made excellent recommendations and were friendly in the process. In a time where customer service has (typically) become low priority, It was definitely refreshing to experience great customer service! We'll definitely be coming back here in the near future. “A Hidden Gem That Feels Like the French Quarter Itself! From the moment we stepped into The Quarter in Claremont, it was like being whisked straight to New Orleans. The atmosphere was electric — the scent of Creole spices in the air, the soft hum of conversation mingled with jazz playing in the background, and the decor that looked plucked right out of the French Quarter. I half-expected to walk outside and find a brass band on the corner! We started with the soft-shelled crab and grits, perfectly crisp and full of Southern comfort. The fried catfish topped with crawfish étouffée was rich, flavorful, and absolutely indulgent — pure Louisiana soul on a plate. The roasted catfish with lump crab was delicate yet decadent, each bite melting in your mouth. Even the bread and butter were unforgettable — the sweet Creole butter was so good we could’ve made a meal out of it alone. Our bourbon cocktails were spot-on — smooth, balanced, and crafted with care — and we finished with the bread pudding drizzled in warm bourbon sauce, which was heavenly. Every dish was layered with flavor and heart. A special shoutout to José, our server, who was not only attentive and friendly but truly made us feel like family. His recommendations were perfect! We live three and a half hours away, but honestly, I’d make the drive again just for a date night here. It’s that good. The Quarter doesn’t just serve food — it serves an experience.”

“One of the best quick serve kebab places in the region!! Had chicken kebab with beef kobedeh. Very fresh, perfectly cooked and flavored well. The salad was 100% fresh and crisp and the dressing was tasty. Located in a strip mall with plenty of parking. Interior is clean and well lit. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Lots of customers but not too busy since it is well run. Easy ADA access. Indoor seating area with table service. Canned sodas. AC working great on a hot day. Very happy with our experience. About $72 for two entries abd 2 cans of soda, including tip. They have cheaper lunch specials but we got dinner size, plenty, we had leftovers. The basmati saffron rice was a bit mushy for my taste, but was flavorful. The sumac was fresh and tangy.”

“Took my dad here for his first time and we enjoyed it very much. We got the teriyaki chicken and some noodles and some white rice and it was delicious after a long drive. Our waiter was very attentive and friendly we enjoyed our visit very much”

“Small but mighty, large menu of greatly different things, had a puri appetiser served cold that was delightful. Roasted dark meat butter chicken was delicious, as was the chenna naan. Definitely worth a try if in the Pomona - Claremont area.”

“The regular pastrami sandwich is HUGE and at the time of this review, about $12. The whole role and succulent meat must have weighed about a pound. The pastrami was not too salty or fatty and pretty tender, like properly cooked pastrami should be. We ordered a small fries (my lesson was learned the last time I came when I ordered a large onion rings and got a literal sackfull) and that was enough for two people. The place is good value and definitely on my list for a quick return.”
