“A little pricey but good food with better than average quantity. It's a fifties based environment, with music playing from that time. At times, it can be very busy with extensive wait time. Other times, earlier in the day, it's a walk right in thing. They have the barbecue/smoker going in front, so you can smell the meal ahead of you.”

“Came in for a late dinner with a large order (a family of 8) kind of close to closing time. Was having a tough time making the selections for the order and Ana and Priscilla were extremely patient and helpful. They made excellent recommendations and were friendly in the process. In a time where customer service has (typically) become low priority, It was definitely refreshing to experience great customer service! We'll definitely be coming back here in the near future. Highly recommended!”

“A Hidden Gem That Feels Like the French Quarter Itself! From the moment we stepped into The Quarter in Claremont, it was like being whisked straight to New Orleans. The atmosphere was electric — the scent of Creole spices in the air, the soft hum of conversation mingled with jazz playing in the background, and the decor that looked plucked right out of the French Quarter. I half-expected to walk outside and find a brass band on the corner! We started with the soft-shelled crab and grits, perfectly crisp and full of Southern comfort. The fried catfish topped with crawfish étouffée was rich, flavorful, and absolutely indulgent — pure Louisiana soul on a plate. The roasted catfish with lump crab was delicate yet decadent, each bite melting in your mouth. Even the bread and butter were unforgettable — the sweet Creole butter was so good we could’ve made a meal out of it alone. Our bourbon cocktails were spot-on — smooth, balanced, and crafted with care — and we finished with the bread pudding drizzled in warm bourbon sauce, which was heavenly. Every dish was layered with flavor and heart. A special shoutout to José, our server, who was not only attentive and friendly but truly made us feel like family. His recommendations were perfect! We live three and a half hours away, but honestly, I’d make the drive again just for a date night here. It’s that good. The Quarter doesn’t just serve food — it serves an experience.”

“We had a fantastic experience celebrating Mom’s and Anthony’s birthday at P.F. Chang’s today. From the moment we sat down, our waiter Keith truly took care of us—attentive, friendly, and on top of everything without ever making us feel rushed. Managing a large group isn’t easy, but he handled it seamlessly and made sure everyone felt taken care of. The service alone set the tone for a great celebration.

On top of that, the food was absolutely delicious and came out surprisingly fast, especially considering the size of our party. Every dish was hot, fresh, and full of flavor, and the timing was spot on so no one was left waiting. It made the whole experience smooth, enjoyable, and perfect for a special occasion. “Highly recommend this quaint tea house. Reservations required. Prices typical for afternoon tea service. We began with mimosas with apple cider.
And teas: peach was a group favorite with vanilla spice as a close second in my opinion.
The salad dressing was very good, as was the tomato soup with red pepper. The finger sandwiches were delicious, I especially enjoyed the egg salad and red pepper. And desserts were delightful.
The service was great. Terry is funny and cool and super helpful. The beautiful brick building is decorated to accentuate the historic details. After, we shopped their antiques and each found a few items to take home.”

“This place never disappoints. I got the pastrami sandwich and chili cheese fries and i was as delicious as always. I lived near this location years ago and it has never been bad. Try the pastrami fries. A little pricey, but well worth it.”

“This was my first time trying this place and the food was amazing, very fresh and seasoned to perfection. I don’t mind waiting because they cook everything right when you order. I got the chicken and shrimp skewers and really appreciated the portion sizes. Susan made me feel very welcomed and told me about the other items on the menu that looked good so I will be back! Very favorable. I ordered for delivery on Fiesta Pizza app. It was very easy to do. I am very pleased and most of the pizza & ribs are the best in town.
