“Being vegan I typed in vegan friendly in Claremont and Dr Grubbs was the first entry. I like that you can choose your protein and your choice of side as a combo entry. I loved my tofu steak and spring salad mix choices. There were just right dressing for each. The rest of my party loved their non vegan choices as well. Order at the counter and they deliver it to the table. There is a good amount of seating and I love that they have a restroom in the place as opposed to some other places we've been to in Claremont. “Scrumptious, moist, and irresistible describes the cake I ordered from Some Crust for my mother’s memorial service reception. The cake was impeccably crafted and the designers decorated it in exactly the manner in which we requested, “Not too much.” The frosting was strikingly smooth and the piping adorned only the bottom of the cake, ensuring the decoration was not too much. The colors of the yellow and red roses and the green leaves on top of the cake were tastefully muted and maintained the minimal emphasis of the decorations. It was a spice cake in which all the flavors blended perfectly without one flavor standing out too predominantly. It was delivered exactly at the time it was scheduled to arrive at the location. I highly recommend this bakery when you have an occasion that requires a specialty cake.“
