Although you have a large number of employees, it often happens that only one person is actively working - preparing the food and handling the checkout - while several others appear disengaged. This leads to unnecessary lines and longer waiting times, which is not ideal for customers.
I believe this is something that could be improved, because over time, this type of workflow may affect customer satisfaction and potentially result in losing guests. With a bit more coordination and involvement from the entire team, the experience could easily be much better. πβ€οΈβ
βIt's like many other Chipotle locations - with all the strappings of good ambience - just more spacious, same taste limitations for vegetarians (veg no more than onions and bell peppers π) and polite, diligent service. Great guac, however.β
