“We celebrated Father’s Day at Cap’t Loui and it was truly an amazing experience from start to finish. Our server, Aung, went above and beyond to make sure our family was well taken care of along with the rest of the team, they made sure our water glasses were always full and our dump buckets were emptied promptly, so we could just relax and enjoy our meal.

The food, as always, was delicious fresh seafood and great flavors that keep us coming back. But what really makes Cap’t Loui stand out is how they genuinely care about their guests. I was so impressed by the extra touches: the restroom has mouthwash and there’s a hygiene station stocked with toothbrushes, hair ties, lotion, stain remover, and even tampons.

It’s rare to find a restaurant that doesn’t just feed you well but also thinks about your comfort and little unexpected needs. For me, dining here felt like more than just having lunch it was a thoughtful, comfortable experience that made our Father’s Day special.

“Very nice modern spot with a clean aesthetic and friendly staff that makes you feel welcome. The food is great comfort fare — I highly recommend the Original Single Patty with fries for a classic combo. The Mushroom Chicken is a flavorful option if you’re looking for something different, and the Mac N Cheese is creamy and satisfying. Portions are generous, definitely great for sharing. “Our take-out fish and chips were disappointing. Chips were undercooked and not crisp. The fish under the brown hard crust was OK but the whole presentation was unlike any light crispy dish our family has ever had as fish and chips. Not a repeat meal for us.“

“Ordered pickup so can't really comment on service or atmosphere aside from it was 10 mins from when I placed my order to when the food was ready so that was nice and just seeing the interior and parking lot when I stopped by. Plenty of parking and it has an hamburger joint vibe to it.

I ordered the Fish, Shrimp, Oyster, and Scallop combo. Probably my fault for not figuring out that it includes chips too since it was in the combo section but the fact that they don't specify it threw me off so I ended up ordering another small side of chips. Oops.

They included a container of cocktail sauce, tartar sauce, several packets of ketchup, and one of malt vinegar. Would have been nice to get some extra containers but I managed. Everything was tasty and the quality of their fry was excellent, moreso because I picked it up 10 mins after it was done and another 15 min drive home. The battering maintained it's crunchiness, which is great! My gripe here is with their chips. Generally I'm disappointed in this style of chips but they lacked enough salt, which really made them taste bland. On top of it they were cold by the time I ate, which is a bit surprising since everything else was still a good temperature.

I'll be back again, especially since they serve Mitchell's ice cream, which I somehow missed when I ordered online but will pass on getting any chips.“

“Stopped in for a quick bite after work. I ordered the Chicken Katsu with rice. I also tried the Mac Salad at Tommy's suggestion. Chicken was freshly cooked, nice, and crispy. The Mac Salad was pretty good, too, this coming from a guy that doesn't really care for Mac Salad. Stop in and give this place a try. It's definitely a good portion of food for the $$.“

“Enjoyed every dish there was to offer! The seafood was packed with flavor, and the best part was having all the different dipping sauces on the side!

The line was extremely long, but it was well worth the wait. Wait time is usually around 30-40 minutes, but it goes by quickly.“

“This is my current favorite restaurant! I try to come in at least once a week and always get my favorite table! I’ve tried several different menu items and everything has always been consistently delicious! The service is friendly and attentive (my drinks always stay full) and the atmosphere is fun and casual. As far as price, I’ll just say I’ve paid A LOT more for food that wasn’t half as good!“
