“In July, I placed a large catering order through DoorDash for our company because we absolutely love Mendocino Farms. Unfortunately, the order was unexpectedly cancelled the night before our Board of Directors meeting, which was incredibly stressful.
Thankfully, General Manager Adam Rivera came to the rescue! He personally took my order the next morning and had everything prepared and ready to go within just three hours. His professionalism, responsiveness, and outstanding customer service completely turned the situation around—I went from stressed out to doing a happy dance!
On top of that, the food was fresh, delicious, and a huge hit with our team. A big thank you to Adam and Mendocino Farms team for going above and beyond—you truly saved the day!“

“The vintage DragonBallZ sodas made my day!! The service was fast & the 15min wait for spring rolls was WORTH IT—everything was delicious and they made us smile the whole time. What a neighborhood treasure!

“I went in today and I must say the type of customer service I got was amazing!!! Didn’t get her name but was a short Hispanic lady!! She went above and beyond to help me find some jalapeños chips(she went to the back to check) also her attitude was just amazing!!!“

“I walked in hangry, so got a turkey and ham sandwich. The server was helpful in pointing out where the bread options were, and I got the Artisan Italian, aka bread without herbs or cheese. I don’t usually like cheese on my sandwich or really in me so that’s why I skipped it. I got lettuce, spinach, tomatoes, and olives in Parmesan Vinaigrette. Hunger may be the best sauce but seriously that was the best sandwich of my life.“

“Pricey. But very high-quality. Had a CHICKEN CHOLULA, very tasty, a little bit spicy, enjoyed it. If you get the clam chowder (which is great), they’ll give you toasted pieces of sourdough with it. But if you rather have soft instead of toasted pieces of sourdough, just ask them.“
