“I always make it a point to stop by this place whenever I'm on my way to the city. It's such a convenient stop right off the freeway, and you can easily hop back on your way. Not only is it clean, but it's also really nice. Just a heads up though, the bathroom requires a code, so keep that in mind. But overall, it's a great place to take a quick break and freshen up before continuing your journey!“
“I frequently visit this store during lunch hours, and the staff's kindness always brightens my day. The friendly atmosphere makes my lunch break even more enjoyable. Although there are occasional delays in order preparation, I understand that it's due to the high volume of customers during peak hours. Overall, I highly recommend this store for its friendly service and delicious food.“
“Kind of the new tech meeting place for best of the silicon valley nerds to brush elbows. Spacious, Lots of outdoor seating. ADA compliant with 2 parking spots near front of store. Staff was very accommodating as well as warm and friendly. Busy around lunch and a steady flow the rest of the time.Interior is a techie vibe. A few minutes walk from Google.“
“My apologies for not remembering the drink or young ladies name! My wife ordered a specific tea with a special request that was granted by the barista. My wife stated that it was the best tea she had ever had from Starbucks! The young lady was so awesome and provided spectacular service!“
“Always a great experience at this Starbucks inside Safeway! Despite the Friday rush yesterday the staff remained friendly and efficient. The baristas created a welcoming atmosphere, and the store was spotless. I’d definitely recommend it, though a seating area would make it perfect!“
“Mayra and Kelly are so great and cheerful first thing in the morning. We had 2 coffees and 2 breakfast sandwiches., everything was great!

“This Cafe has multiple customer input boards to create a fun community experience. Outdoor seating provides the chance to enjoy beautiful weather. Indoor seating allows for escaping the rain or wind. The Baristas are friendly, and chat freely.“
“It's true that Matcha lattes are very popular at Starbucks, and California is no exception. It's a common observation, and you're not wrong to notice it!

“Some locations become inconsistent, and I come to Starbucks for consistency. I get the same thing all the time, a grande mocha. Recently it tasted bad enough that I wouldn't drink it. Also there were no saracha packets with my burrito. 😫
I do have to say I really like the renovations and it feels more open and airy. The new chairs outside are nice and I want to sit outside and enjoy them, but the last two times I came away smelling of wet dog. Fortunately the smell washed out of my coat, but who wants to wash their winter coat every time they sit outside the Starbucks. I think the materials the chairs are made of must retain smells. Maybe that's why outdoor chairs are often made of metal for a reason, easier to clean or sanitize.
The best advantage of this place is that the App is better than any of the other coffee places IMO. Super easy to use. I try to time it right and my coffee is always ready. So props to staff for getting that right. I don't know why the drink was so bitter and unsweetened, but it was on time. I was running errands and was already away from the location when I discovered the problems.
Kid-friendliness: Not particularly kid friendly. But, they do have food/drink items for kids.
Wheelchair accessibility: It's wheelchair accessible.“
