The best Malatang restaurant in South Bay! The ingredients are very fresh and the spicy broth is so flavorful. I can literally come here every single day.Note: I tried YGF Malatang too but they are definitely not as good as Zhangliang.
Pretty solid, interesting experience where you pick whatever ingredients you want and then are charged by the weight. Lends itself to some second guessing if you think you're getting your money's worth though, since you might forego some ingredients if you think it's not worth it.Got the mushroom soup base, it was a little salty but went well with the ingredients. Spicy dry pot never fails to satisfy, with just the right amount of heat. Their bone broth is great too, and the ingredients are abundant and of great quality, each ingredient is cooked perfectly. Theres a minimum of 1 lb of ingredients and I find that’s just about right for 1 person, personally. The staff is incredibly attentive and welcoming. I'll definitely be coming back for more!
