“It is expensive as you would expect for an auberge resort in Napa but the food is delicious. I give it a 4/5 because the price was a bit ostentatious--$9 for half an avocado...

But, it was delicious. Tried the shakshuka, it was probably one of the best I've ever had. The cocktails were great. I would recommend for a special outing but not for an everyday meal.

“Ate there for the first time yesterday and can't wait to go back. We're vegetarian but had no trouble finding incredible offerings. The mushroom/leek risotto was the best I've had. The sweet corn tamale appetizers were surprising and flavorful, and the grilled avocado tostados fabulous! On beautiful grounds with fresh produce growing beside the restaurant. Staff was friendly and efficient. Just a great experience!“

“Great dog-friendly location in Downtown Napa! We got a perfect mix of shady and sunny in their outdoor seating. I got Lucca the Napa Dog a puppy patty and got him a water bowl too. Everyone was super friendly, and the cheeseburger and sweet potato fries and the oreo shake was super yummy!“

“5 stars for the ambiance & staff members!!! 2 stars for the finger foods, sorry they were cute and looked good but didn’t taste that great. My friends and I had a lovely time on the 4 course tea train for my birthday. It was all of our first times ever riding the wine train and we enjoyed it, however for the price you pay, you really don’t get your moneys worth (soup, salad, finger/cucumber sandwiches, desserts)and we didn’t even stop to get off the train. Also there really isn’t much to look at fields, a couple stores, construction sites, trailer parks, and few wineries). It’s definitely OVERPRICED! I would do it again if it becomes cheaper though. Maybe offer unlimited wine along with the tea, better food, and something for people celebrating their birthdays. I’m so happy my cousin bought along decorations (vines, rose pedals, 36 lights) to make our area extra cute !!!“

“Chef Bernardo Ayala (& Chef Ernesto Martínez) are superstars de cuisine!! Every dish we ordered was pure perfection. Our favorite was the Chicken Empanadas. The masa was delicate and rich in flavor. And the arugula, persimmon, pomegranate, pear salad was one of the best salads I’ve had. This is a new favorite of ours that we’ll come back to every time we’re in Napa!“

“Fantastic food, wine and service. We arrived on quiet Sunday evening and had great attention from our knowledgeable server. A blind tasting round, followed by dinner was classy yet unfussy. I was delighted to be treated with a dessert for my birthday. Though I was out with friend, this qualifies for a good date night location.“

“We had a really nice time yesterday afternoon. Greg did our wine tasting and was very knowledgeable. Nice relaxed environment & he took his time explaining each wine ?. The tour was nice & informative as well. Would come back again & and recommend to others ?.“

“Some friends and I came here one early (7am) morning to have breakfast after a canceled reservation..... it was amazing. Miguel was our server, who was very informative and attentive. We started out with Bloody Mary's and micheladas, which was Miguel's own mix. They were delicious! I had the smoked salmon eggs benedict, and it was wonderful. None of us had anything we did not like. The atmosphere was pleasant, the decor was well done. We will definitely be coming here again in the future.

Parking: They do offer valet service, but if you can find street parking, it is free for the first two hours. We arrived so early in the morning that street parking was plentiful.“

“Food was amazing!!! I go there every year when we are in wine country.. this was our fifth time going... I was disappointed to see the hostess greet us in jeans!!! When the restaurant had a resort wear dress code!!! Someone had a child approx 3 years old was running around in the restaurant and someone with a dog came thru. I must say paying that much for a meal you want a relaxing environment . The food was excellent!!! And our server was great .“

I got the gnocchi, only complaint was it was a very small dish of pasta. It was delicious, but I shared a side with someone else. If I hadn't, the gnocchi wouldn't have been enough. Everyone else's portions seemed more filling. Overall- would recommend.“
