“First time at this Auntie Anne's location inside the Great Mall. Seems to be a very busy location! I ordered two Pretzels, one Original and one Garlic & Parmesan flavored Pretzel. Both Pretzels were fresh and tasty, although the Garlic one had a tad bit too much seasoning on it, over powering it a little bit, but still pretty tasty. I was helped by Rosso O, who was very friendly, patient and addressed all our questions and concerns. She provided excellent customer service, which is always great! Took a star off because the Pretzels are now $4.99 + which in my opinion is quite steep for something as simple as a Pretzel. Be sure to download their Mobile App to earn points and rewards for every purchase!“

“Who doesn't love a good pretzel? I came here on two separate occasions. The first time I ordered unsalted pretzel bits with a strawberry lemonade to share during the Black Friday shopping madness. The drink was a solid A but the pretzels were totally over-baked. I was pretty disappointed considering it cost ~$12. I came back on a Monday when the mall was less busy and got a free salted pretzel because I downloaded the Wetzel's Pretzels app and created a free account. I was able to get my pretzel buttered and salted to order. This totally made up for the prior experience and was the tastiest pretzel I've had in a long time. And you know free always tastes so much better lol! My suggestion is to come here when it's less busy because I have noticed the food quality is so much better. I'll be back for another pretzel in the near future!“

“First time visiting Auntie Anne's at Southland Mall and was assisted by Ariana M and she was super friendly and approachable. This location is a lot different than Newpark's Auntie Anne's. At this location, every Wednesday if you have the Auntie Anne's Mobile App, you can get a pretzel for $1!! What a steal, I did not know or expect that to happen. That was a breath of fresh air, getting a fresh baked pretzel for just $1. I got my usual Garlic and Parmesan Pretzel and it was fresh baked, but could use some more of the garlic flavoring because I felt as if there was just not enough overall. Be sure to download the Auntie Anne's Mobile App to earn 10 point per $1 spent. Also, if you take the Customer Satisfaction Survey that is listed on the bottom on your receipt, you get a buy 1 get 1 free pretzel offer you can redeem on your future visit.“
