“Halal spot ; We were on the way to South back home and stop by this restaurant for our light dinner.
I think it’s family owned and the prices are pretty reasonable. The staff were very friendly, and assisted us in ordering. Everything turned out good, they were super nice providing us extra condiments, etc. Be sure to select your spice level wisely cuz we ended up in tears, but we still enjoyed it though.

“I love this place and honestly besides the prices being a little steep, I like how everything is prepped and handled. I love how they don’t haggle me for having my bike inside the building compared to other fast food places.

“It’s a fast food place in a food court close to John Wayne airport. I didn’t have high expectations for the steamed bao. But it’s actually pretty good and the steamed egg is really soft and tender. I also had the soybean milk which tastes very fresh and authentic.“

“I can’t say enough good things about this place, the chef is amazing and I have gone here for almost 10 years. There’s no place that can beat the quality and prices, the absolute best chicken and they give you 4 taquitos instead of 3. I always recommend stopping here when you’re in the area, there’s a reason it’s been there for years!“

There's a few tables inside to dine in and shares a big parking lot with other businesses nearby. We only live about 10 minutes away so our food was still hot when we got back. Price. No more pre-pandemic, pre $20/hr wage specials like $5 meals. Everything's $10-15 for a fried chicken meal, and bucket meals $30-50~. Bucket deal on 12 piece was $20 today, $30~ with a large cole slaw and 2 biscuits.“

“Slay. I visited on a Tuesday at 3:30, so not peak hours and the team members were efficient and friendly, just as you'd expect. What really impressed me though was the food. The fries were piping hot, crispy, and salty! I usually think Chick-fil-A fries are boring so I was very excited. The chicken sandwich was delicious and had lots of extra pickles, as requested. Of course you can't go wrong with their diet lemonade. All in all, great drive-thru experience! I would definitely come back to this location.“

“A week or so ago, my friends and I went to this Chick-fil-A while visiting California. I've never dined in a proper Chick-fil-A restaurant before, only having eaten at one in an airport cafeteria, and was incredibly impressed by the quality of service! Not only were the employees very friendly and attentive to making a good environment for the customer (ie. Making sure the table was fully clean before we sat down, wiping my drink when it spilled over slightly as they filled it, being polite, clearing trays when we were finished, etc.), but I was astonished by the speed of service! I had hardly finished paying and was just about to sit at our table to wait for my order when, lo and behold, an employee brought me my food! I was gobsmacked and pleasantly shocked! Never have I witnessed such speed of service! Then, shortly after, before my astonishment had even warn off, the same employee brought me a milkshake on-the-house! Apparently there was a "mix-up" in the back that resulted in a being made milkshake by mistake and they thought of me and my flabbergastered yet positive reaction! So there I sat amongst friends, happily eating my chicken tendies with a free, banger milkshake quite pleased by the food and quality of service I was experiencing.

In short, to anyone who asks, I highly recommend eating at a Chick-fil-A and I fully intend to dine there again in the future! Thanks for the positive experience, guys! Keep up the great work!“

“Excellent Service, Just a Small Mix-Up

We are regulars at the Chick-fil-A located at 13490 Jamboree Rd, Irvine, and have consistently had wonderful experiences here. The staff are always welcoming and the service is prompt, which keeps us coming back.

Unfortunately, during our most recent visit, we experienced a small hiccup. After ordering through the drive-thru, we returned home to find that the fries were missing from our meal. While this was disappointing, especially since my wife particularly looks forward to them, we understand that mistakes can happen and it’s all part of being human.

We didn’t return to the store but wanted to share this feedback to help improve the service further. We appreciate your attention to detail and look forward to our next visit, and of course, to those delicious fries!
