Coliseum Pool & Grill offers a unique dining experience with a great view of the patio, even if the ocean view is not always visible. The restaurant serves a variety of dishes, including scallops and a huge beet and grapefruit salad. While the front desk staff may be disorganized and unfriendly, the waiters, such as Edward, make up for it with their excellent service. The food is amazing, but reservations may not always guarantee a timely seating, and the cleanliness of the dining area can be inconsistent.
