“After 7 years not coming back and the chef still remembers my name ? I have been treated so well by this taco truck since the first day I moved to California. They used to have baja shrimp and baja fish, but now the truck is known for grilled seafood tacos. I highly recommend grilled octopus and shrimp tacos without cheese. The portion is great, people should be satisfied with 3-4 tacos. I will always comeback for them every week!“

“Second great meal. It’s a simple place but don’t let that fool you. The food is high-end freshly prepared. Great Neapolitan style pizzas. I had the pork osso buco over rustic mashed potatoes and spinich with a pan reduction sauce to die for. My wife had the (very large) chicken breast portobello over the potatoes and Spinich with another pan reduction sauce to die for. Shared half a huge salad. Nice glass of wine. Finished and people were waiting outside to get a table, happy to talk while waiting. It’s cash only so bring cash, or ATM inside.“

“I get a medium broth every weekend because it is delicious has rice and chickpeas, the tacos are also great but keep in mind they might have small bones in case you feed small children. The red sauce is spicy but really good. You can eat outside but i usually take it home.“

Mac was good, with a little peppery kick to it. Both cornbreads were very good - the blueberry would be my choice over the honey. Overall, will definitely come back to try Lou’s other meats.“

“finally made it to this Santa Ana churro truck after having it on my list for a long time, and it definitely lived up to the anticipation. I started things off with a single churro dipped in cinnamon sugar for just $1.50, which was the perfect introduction to how fresh and crispy their dough is. I liked it so much that I followed up with the $8 deal for five plain churros and two dipping sauces. The churros were served piping hot, and having the dips on the side really allowed the quality of the fresh-fried dough to shine.
The overall experience was incredibly smooth and convenient. Unlike many popular food trucks where parking can be a nightmare, this spot has plenty of space available, making it an easy in-and-out visit. The service was impressively quick, so I didn't have to wait long at all to get my hands on the treats. The Papa Doradita Tacos (Fried Potato) are a MUST GET, I've been eating from this family of taco trucks for at least 10 years, my mom loves the Tripa tacos, my friends normally get Cabeza or Buche or the Potato Tacos.“

I don't think they know how long I know that their workers don't know how long. They are fast but I will give you some advice: take the time how long it takes them to do one thing and another and when they ask you for an order, take out how long it will take to do each thing and add it up. Look at what time it is and if it is 8 o'clock and if the order is They asked for it to take 24 minutes to do it on the next page of the order, put 8h24m or 824pm and if they ask you for another order, find out how long it takes to do what the other person requested. “Been coming here for years since i was a little girl where they first began on the corner off civic center & fairview , now located on Bristol & first street behind a shopping center , it’s amazing how i got close to the owner as now knows my husband and I and the lovely ladys as well , they already know us by the usual we always get !! Which are the Street Hot Dogs as we toss in some green salsa and it hits the spot !! Especially homemade avena for the cold weather!! Of course we have tried the rest of the menu and it doesn’t disappoints!!“
