“First time here. This place is so tasty. The strawberry matcha latte was truly delicious, maybe the best I've had. I got it with the brulee custard, boba, and grass jelly ($8.25 for a large with all the extras). Amazing. The popcorn chicken was well seasoned with a good batter ($8.50). Cute place. Great service. Definitely coming back whenever I'm in the area.“

“We stopped here for lunch and I'm so glad we did! I had the Strawberry delight smoothie. It was fresh and delicious. We also tried the Cream cheese and Red bean Taiyaki. They were both perfectly sweet and flavorful. I will definitely be returning soon.“

“I got Kung Fu Milk Tea with Bubble + Cocoa Cream/ Original Wow. I used to drink a lo of Kung Fu tea when I was in New York. This is a first time I drink it again after 2 years since I moved to California. It never lets me down. The tea smells amazing and the boba is soft. Another plus is good service“

“Great spot for cool refreshing drinks. All the drinks we have tried so far have all tasted great. Clean atmosphere, very courteous and professional staff. Prices for the drinks are pretty reasonable. We will definitely be returning soon. Thank you!

“I love this place! I'm kinda disappointed because I want to go before school but they are not open early, but that's ok! My favorite drink is the green apple slushy with the strawberry jelly! The people are really nice, and I got a free drink with the punch card! 10/10!“

“first time coming here and we ordered three drinks, all of which were SOOOO refreshing and even better than expected (mine was yummy gummy which was exactly what I needed on a hot day). The owner also made our mom a sample of their b&p coffee with foam for no charge when she expressed interest and we had already ordered other drinks - so considerate! Aside from great drinks and super nice customer service, the space was also very clean and neatly organized. We also went home with a cute keychain that came with our purchase!“

“I ordered a caramel cafe late and mochi waffle. The coffee tasted great especially with the boba and the waffle had good flavor with half pandan and half taro. You could get filling on the waffle like Nutella and etc. The customer service was great as well!“

“Been here a few times with friends they've always been pretty friendly and fast with orders. We always recommend getting the fruit teas and also upgrading to large is a very good investment. I like getting the Unkown or Passion Attraction, they do run a little bit sweet though but otherwise very good tea especially for the area. I usually got to the rowland one though“

The interior is stylish and modern, with eye-catching light fixtures that give the place a nice ambiance. The staff member who took our order was knowledgeable and patient, especially since we took a bit longer to decide. The popcorn chicken was perfectly cooked, and I appreciated the option to get extra spice on the side to customize the heat level. I also ordered a milk tea with 50% sweetness and boba, which was delicious. The vibe was relaxed, with several TVs playing One Piece and Teen Titans, making it a great spot to chill. ~ Popcorn Chicken $ 7.95 literally 10 pieces combined small & big pieces. Good n scrumptious like the usual Taiwanese snacks. Great combo with your milk teas & boba drinks.
~ Mango Dragonfruit Green Tea is definitely recommended. Pretty good & refreshing. Not too sweet. Perfectly made.
~ Taro milk tea is good good taro taste. Got 85^ sweetness.
~ Crystal boba is yum
~ Boba is yummy soft n chewy.
Have appetizers like popcorn chicken, calamari different varieties of snacks.

“So yummy! I got this I think it was some kind of brown sugar matcha milk tea with boba. SO good and so much bang for your buck. However, I got other classic milk teas in the past and they tasted a little watery. But this specialty drink was incredible.“
