50 Best Vegan Restaurants near North Hills

“Today 10:45 am, I drop by to they’re branch 9516 sepulveda blvd, north hills 91343. I ordered 2 bibingka, 1 pancit malabon, 1 halo halo and a big crispy pata(one size) only, which is quite expensive, but it’s ok I can afford it. After 45 minutes all my orders were ready. I’m excited about the crispy pata but to my surprise it looks like it’s overcooked because it’s a little bit burned. I can tell because I’m a cook and I know if it’s overcooked or not and the result? It taste bitter because it’s burned from the deep fryer. As for me no problem but they insist that that’s the way they cook. OMG I was astonishedbecause how could that be their standard, it has a bitter taste. I believe no human being would like that kind of taste. Quite upsetting. I just told them if they keep on doing that they will lose valuable customers like me. So I’m rating them 1 star for their attitude. Thank you. Hope this will be published…….“

“The food was good, but took forever and the sushi rolls were small. The edamame was delicious we ordered the garlic and spicy one. The waitresses and waiters were all very nice and accommodating.“

“Best vegan nachos on the planet....ACTUALLY they're better than non-vegan nachos and I'm not kidding.....
I had they're tacos today. Their grill cheese, Mac and cheese and BLT were all really good too.

My advice is to share a large nacho with 🍷 wine with a friend then see what's on the dessert menu....YUMMY STUFF!! Enjoy👏👏“

“This is my first stop when coming home to visit! My family has enjoyed these pastries since as long as I can remember. Some of my favs are the guava cheese strudel, picadillo empanadas, and their famous potato balls. Looking forward to my next visit, love watching the make window. 😋“

“Pleasantly surprised with everything about Veggietize me. Just a small unpretentious place with good people and great all Vegan food. We felt very welcome there. Nothing fancy, just a few tables and a counter you order at. The menu is extensive. I had the western burger with the impossible patty. This patty was cooked perfectly and had to be one of the best vegan burgers I've had. My huspand had the breakfast burrito which he enjoyed. Next came dessert. Oreo shake..of course. delicious. I had a Horchata which was perfect as well. We love this place and can't wait to come back to try more.“

“This is hands down my favorite location of all the VG I have visited on a regular in this golden state. The location is choice, easy freeway access, The vibes are more chill here. We enjoy the patio seating as well and nothing hits like having a chik’n sandwich and a 3 pack of chocolate chips after a 3 hour flight into Burbank airport after a long week away.“

I ate my last flapjack warmed with nothing on it the next day; they’re that good! In fact, their pancake recipe is something I legitimately wish I had to emulate at home. “I’ve been dying to try these haunt dogs since I came across them on Instagram! I finally located the frankenstand this last weekend ! It was definitely well worth the wait ! The toppings were delicious! Not only was the food amazing but the ambience of his stand gave it some spooky vibes which I absolutely love !!! The crazy part is, I’m not even vegan, and I would choose these forever snd ever. My friends were also very pleased with their dogs as well. They even bought some to go for later ! Her fingers moved like liquid gold on the keyboard and her compositions were witty and mesmerizing. The word that kept coming to mind as they performed was "subtle." The music was powerful, but so discrete as to be gentle and gentile. Woodwinds, Bass, and Drums - all played with the kind of delight that makes everyone love the performers as well as the music. As for food, one dish stood out particularly: the creamed spinach with blue cheese. Please tell Chef I would love that recipe! I'm back home in Tennessee now and plan to attempt to copy it, but having the authentic recipe to serve to friends when we entertain would be over the top! “I have eaten at Flavor of India several times and did so very recently with a friend. This place has amazing food and service! You can't go wrong with anything on the menu. Everything is excellent and I strongly recommend them. The atmosphere is great too!“

“Had to come here to share how incredible the staff is at this Jinya Ramen. Every single person went the extra mile, goes to show how little details in service can add so much to the experience. I walked in starving at 9pm and was clearly a little short with the servers. Despite that, they were gracious and warm - give them all a raise!

My only criticism is perhaps lowering the volume on the music front (or even switching genres to something more easy listening) as this is a hindrance in the otherwise lovely atmosphere with the fire pit.

Hubby had the lime and chili ramen and really enjoyed it. It was very flavorful. I had the yakisoba noodles with pork. The pork was lovely and well cooked. Very tender! But, for me, the sauce on the noodles was really heavy on vinegar. I was expecting/wanting a more savory/umami flavor. They were way too sour for my taste. I’m certain that there would have been a lot of other menu items I would have enjoyed! I wish I’d tried their miso ramen instead of the yakisoba.“

“The sushi fish was fresh, and the sushi rice was delicious! As someone who frequents sushi bars in LA for some nigiri and hot tea, Chiba has the best ambiance and best tasting nigiri sushi.

My favorite was the mackerel, yellowtail, and unagi.

I've also ordered donburi here, and it comes very close to the donburi I had in Japan.

Been coming to Chiba for years now. Hands down it's my favorite sushi spot for nigiri in LA.
