“I checked out Charlie's Fish N Chips. Got the Red Snapper and Shrimp combo, both deep fried. Came with Fries, a dinner roll and a salad. The Fish and Shrimp were hittin', the Fries weren't hot. Staff was cool and efficient. I would go here again 100.“

Everything was cooked perfectly, the portions were generous, and you can tell they use quality ingredients.

“Very small restaurant with only a few tables. But most of people take it to go anyway. Fabulous shrimp. And you can order as many pieces as you want to pay for. So if you just want if you pieces....you you can order that way if you want a lot you can order that way, whatever you think you can eat. “Me & my husband go here regularly. Amazing staff, food is ace! real taste of home. We often go with our family and every time- food,drinks & staff have been spot on. The Tuck shop next door 🚪 OMG do not get me started we easily spend a small fortune each time. Because we know we can stock up & the price is reasonable. we actively choose to drive their rather than go online because it's about supporting other businesses & expats. This pub truly has an English atmosphere. Reminds me home UK & Ireland. “I really wanted to take a moment to recognize Emely, the General Manager, and her entire team. This was my third time coming here, and each visit I’ve had a positive experience with the staff. Everyone has been welcoming, helpful, and respectful, and I’m truly grateful for that.

This time, my order did take a little longer than expected, but Emely was very understanding and intentional about helping me. She took the time to explain everything, kept me informed, and made sure I was taken care of. I really appreciated how patient, knowledgeable, and professional she was throughout the situation.

What stood out to me most was that she didn’t just treat me like another customer she genuinely took the time to listen and help. I also believe the way her staff treats customers reflects the leadership she provides as General Manager.

The fish is always well cooked, portions are good, and I like that there are plenty of sides and healthier options to choose from. Food comes out pretty quickly too. Great casual place for a quick lunch or dinner.“

“The food is pretty good, The Tartar sauce helps the fish with taste, the Chips are really good like it's crunchy and soft at the same time. And the prices ain't that bad for a decent amount of food. The service was good, the employee working there was nice. Overall I would probably come here with a group of friends if y'all like fish and chips and seafood.“

“Checked out Anna's Fish Market right in the heart of DTLA and it was a solid spot. I like the location too since you're right in the middle of downtown with plenty of other restaurants and bars nearby. We got the fried red snapper and fried shrimp combo with fries, and both were really good. Nice crunchy batter without being too greasy. We also tried the fish & chips and grilled basa, but my favorite was actually the seafood chowder. Super hearty, packed with flavor, and had a nice kick to it. The ahi poke salad was solid too and gave us something a little lighter to balance out all the fried seafood. The inside isn't huge, but there's still a good amount of seating. Overall, really enjoyed the food and would definitely come back when I'm in Downtown again.“
