“The tropical sunset ice cream was SOOO good!!! And I love the vibrant colors. Thats what made me pick that flavor. I didn't know what to expect, but it was AMAZING. I fell in love after the first bite. It was the BEST ice cream I've ever had! I'm a very picky eater so when I say something is very good, I'm telling the truth. The ice cream was very sweet, creamy, and flavorful. If they sold their ice cream by the gallon, I would buy it in a heartbeat even if it was $20. Definitely worth the money! “This place is located in universal Hollywood at the entrance of Springfield. There is a line when we went to this store and Service was average. Tried banana sundae and chocolate ice cream. Both tasted good. As expected the prices are high given the location.“

“This location is clean, greeted right away, not packed/big lines, fresh cookies, most are overly sweet but I like that they constantly put out new flavors. The peanut butter cup was the favorite of this purchase.
Although we haven't tried the lemon one yet.“

“This is a cute little spot and very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. I told my little there for the first time and it was fun and a success. He got the fresh strawberry froyo with m&m, white chocolate chips and caramel cups. I got the Madagascar vanilla bean mixed with the cheesecake froyo topped with m&M's, white chips and Reese candy bits. Everything was delicious and it was quite with the exceptions of a few other customers that were in and out. All in all first experience was great and very chill. Would recommend for anyone who wants some quick froyo on the go or even to sit inside for a moment, to go and enjoy. They also have outside seating too, but it was a bit windy today so we did not sit outside. Just a side note, that it is located inside a shopping center with other eateries surrounding and a Ralph's.“

“Enjoyed my time at this restaurant. Came down during a day at universal to get some real food for lunch
I got a burger, and was pleasantly surprised to see a pretzel bun! Burger was great and filling.
Staff were slightly non existent and hard to find but that wasn’t a huge problem
Ordered the mint chocolate milkshake and it was amazing, best part was the ice cream sandwich on top. It did take quite a while, but good. My friend got the pineapple one, but I wasn’t a huge fan of that
Also got a box of truffles and they were quality and good, but I’m not an expert
Quite expensive, but you’re literally at universal studios! What did you expect? It does suck though
