“Have you ever entered a business and immediately feel like you just walked into your home where family is waiting to greet you? That was the very feeling I had when I stopped by the NoHo Cafe today. I knew the food was good as I used the delivery service before. Today I decided to visit the Cafe and I promise I’ll continue going frequently. The food is delicious but what won me over was the welcome and love you experience when you walk in the door. The staff is amazing... the Cafe has a very “welcome home” atmosphere. The complimentary cup of soup is AWESOME. I sat at a corner table allowing me to do what I love...watch people. As I enjoyed my delicious first meal of 2020 I watched as every person who entered was treated with care and joy. Just like being home the staff will keep checking to see if the food is ok and if you need anything. The NoHo Cafe is a place I recommend to anyone wishing to enjoy a good meal and to experience a “welcome home” feeling. Thank you NoHo Cafe for starting my 2020 with a reminder of the importance of kindness.“

“As a Persian American, I am so glad I found this place. It offers something I’ve been wishing for my whole life, modernized Persian food. Traditional is unbeatable, but I’ve always wondered what it would be like if people took those recipes and updated them. Azizam offers that. I came specially for the kuku sandwich and it was excellent, simple and very fresh. Same with the shallot yoghurt and Kipteh. We also tried the secanjaben spritz which if you like those flavors you will love. I really love this whole concept and would love to see more dishes! The ambience is friendly and warm. Highly recommend.“

“The sweetest most kind hearted people here. Definitely recommend for some yummy authentic Persian pizza! The food was great but what made it even better was the people who served and took care of us. If we weren’t from out of town, we would be regulars here for sure. Small parking lot, but street parking is also available. Outdoor seating is also available. The lamb shank was calling to me and I absolutely enjoyed every bite. Substituted for a different rice as well.“

“We decided to give them a try and were absolutely delighted by their service and quality of food. They took our order just before their closing and we picked up the order in 25 minutes. We ordered chicken koobideh, chicken thigh, and beef koobideh wraps (fries on the side) and they all were extremely delicious with generous portions. “I'm at a loss for words, but I'll try my best. Food? Amazing! Perfect amount of seasoning and the portions are huge! And this is coming from a big dude. For the appetizers, my favorites were the Kashk E'bademjan (Eggplant Delight), Potato Salad, and the Hummus! They have more selections, but this is what I was able to try. I hear all are great! For the Entrees, ALL OF THEIR KABOBS ARE FIRE (MMM MMMM YUMMY). I had a sample of most them and in the islands, we would say "broke da mouf kine", which translates to, the food is *beep beep* GOOD! If you've never had Persian Food, or you love it, this is the restaurant for you! Drinks? I love Korean Soju and Cass beer, so yeah, +10 points from me. They do carry various Wines and Beers though...and of course your choice of Soda Pop. Atmosphere? It' gives you a Kewl Kids Vibe; a classy place where you can be yourself with family and friends and just enjoy each others company. You have your choice of Indoor and Outdoor dinning which is amazing. There's also a private room upstairs that can hold 20 people for a meal and karaoke (there is a fee to reserve, but very much worth it). Staff? We were greeted at the door as if we were coming home. Pasha and his staff go above and beyond to make sure all your needs are met. Their suggestions on meal and drink pairings are spot on. I can't thank Pasha and the crew for making our group outing a success. Overall? I'll be going back and I hope that you add this restaurant to your list of 'go to' places to dine at. You will not be disappointed, I promise you. (Unless your attitude stinks or you're not willing to try new food ‍) Pasha again, thank you so much for the hospitality. “Taste of Tehran was my first time eating at a restaurant in Tehrangeles, and it was an awesome choice. This was definitely one of the best Middle Eastern restaurants I've been to in LA. Everything was so great. And yes, I ate a lot of food on the first day here. I started off with some of the stews that included gormeh sabzi, the gheyme, and ash reshteh, which were all very tasty. The surprise hit to me was the Lentil Quinoa Salad. Seriously, one of the best salads I've ever had. It was sweet, refreshing, and savory all at the same time. No words to describe. And then the meats: the koobideh and soltani plate, just fabulous, along with that lentil rice. I can honestly say that Persians make the best rice out of all Middle Eastern countries! Even the barberry rice was amazing. Never had a rice this sweet and fruity before! Overall, an amazing experience. I would highly recommend this restaurant. Don't be fooled by the looks of this place. It looks like a quick, over the counter order type of restaurant, but the food is top notch. Even Anthony Bourdain has been here! “The wine bar you wish you could stumble upon every night! Great Persian food- you can tell they use fresh farmers market produce. And arguably the best natural wine list in town. This spot is a real gem. Get the Nazkhatoun (eggplant dip) w/ feta, Ghormeh Sabzi or the Fesenjan - both delicious stews. And their tarts for dessert are excellent.

“Excellent food here. Plate of raw onion and basil set out first. Our Soltani Kabob and Luleh Kabob plates were enormous. We probably should've just split one. They were both delicious. Meats were tender and flavorful. Rice was awesome. The fresh bread was warm, and great. Service was good. The restaurant is in a 3 store corner mall, so the parking is really tight (lot is shared by a liquor store, a pizza place, a bar, and the restaurant). The inside is fairly basic but nice old photographs on the wall. Highly recommend.“
