“Found Sushi Tri while looking for ramen spots in Novato, but went for the sushi and wasn't disappointed. Went to dinner with our younger children(5+7), and there were other families there. Great menu selection with good prices, and quick turnaround on sushi dishes.“

Their Tuxedo coffee, a delicious white and black chocolate mocha, is clearly a local favorite. They also boast a great selection of tasty smoothies and a large menu with plenty of breakfast options. “This Extreme Pozza is the best. The owner & employees are always friendly, the pizza is amazing (somehow better than all other extreme pizza locations I’ve had IMO). They even have a locally made hot sauce in many different flavors to add spice to your pizza. Check them out if you’re in the area!“

The rib eye steaks were perfectly cooked medium rare as we requested and the chef made a minor change to our menu due to our dietary needs without issue. The fresh bread smelled heavenly and was quickly devoured! We will be back!“

“I’ve eaten at Tommy’s Salsa a handful of times and never been disappointed. You can tell the food is made with fresh ingredients and their salsa selection is awesome. The food always comes out fast and the staff is extremely friendly. I work in Novato twice a week and this has become a staple for my lunch breaks.“

“The food was alright. The meat was tender and flavorful, but the bowl of vermicelli could be improved with some herbs, at the minimum, mint. So even though the protein was flavorful, as a whole, it felt bland.

We didn't order much so I can't attest to the other dishes. The coffee needs to be more authentic, either use dark roast or one with Chicory. I tasted vanilla and nuttiness in my cup.“

That all changed today when I stopped at China Village in the San Marin Plaza. They know their stuff! Everything was flavorful and delicious. I'll be back!“

“By my personal experience I do not understand the 3.8 star rating. The service is great...in the evenings anyway. The food in the trays may sometimes need refreshing but the staff is always accommodating to make it fresh. I didn't give the food a 5 because let's face it...pre-made food is never as good as everything fresh to order but the food is tasty and let us not forget we are not at a sit down restaurant.. once again the staff has been great!“

I usually order the salmon sashimi dinner, and it’s always fresh, flavorful, and generous in portion. Their rolls are also really good, with great variety and consistently high quality. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, which makes every visit enjoyable. I also love that the wait times are short, even during busy hours. You never feel like you’re waiting forever to be seated or served. The service is consistently great, and the quality of the food is top-notch every single time. If you’re looking for a sushi place that delivers on taste, service, and atmosphere, Sushi Holic is the place to go!“

“I'm not sure what I love more - the wide range of tasty salads full of tasty fresh ingredients, or the quite unbelievably cosy but open outdoor seating. Whoever designed their outdoor space deserves a medal. You would never know that you were sitting next to a parking lot. The people at Hop Monk could learn a lot from it. My go-to choice is always the Waldorf salad. I never get bored of coming here. Novato needs more places like this

“I wish they had another one of these in southern Marin. The food is really good good balance meals. The prices are right you can drop in for a bowl of soup or go nuts with handmade sandwiches. There’s lots of desserts very easy to access very quick service.“
