“Love this place, the food is fantastic, very much a taqueria. The Cameron’s taco are fantastic. Everyone that works there are really friendly, you can tell they like it there because it is the same faces.
They moved in and painted the place bright pink. They replaced another favorite that was not able to survive COVID.
If you get take out, check you got your chips, they love to leave those out of your bag. 5 stars if not for the many bags of missing chips.“

“It was my first time going there. My family and I ate some tasty pupusas. I got loroco con queso and they got frijol con queso. They were a pretty decent size and they were good. They also have tables and chairs for you to eat there. Reasonable prices.“

“I’m vegan and got fed very well here. The crispy potato tacos w a side of cabbage salad was so delicious and filling. Their house made hot salsa is out of this world with flavor. I’m rarely in this area but will come back for these tacos. Can’t wait to try their rice and beans.“

“This place has been one of my favorites since I came but this last time I went it was not pleasant as always we ordered some enchiladas chapinas and they were older and harder I couldn't even get my teeth into the tortillas then the curtido smelled ruined l3 I said to the waitress and she didn't like my comment the yevo were the tortillas and the same chuco tanned they put them we ordered some corn tamales anyway ☹️ they were very hard and I say this seriously because I am a cook and one knows when things are not fresh that Don't mind if comments are made, it's for improvement, it's not for anyone to be ill-intentioned. If I put my business up, I'd like my clients to tell me if they don't like something.“

“Pupusas are made fresh. Get your revueltas, or jalapeno y queso here. Takes 15 minutes or so to make so come ready. 2.50 for any pupusas. Tacos here are also delicious, comes with a lot of meat and very well flavored. 2.00 each. Horchata isn't super sweet which I like but cost 3.00 each.“

“Stumbled across this gem about a year back with my best friend, and we recently came back JUST for the super burritos 🌯 😅 we live in sj but the drive was so worth it! The 1st time we stumbled across we didn't know it was cash ONLY so we had to share a burrito but this time we had brought enough cash with us!!!!! Go check it out you won't regret it!!!!“

“Absolutely adorable place. Really good staff, coffee and seating. The pastries looked good but I didn't try them They had a cute pop up with nice looking food.
Highly recommend for a local spot and to support local spots!
The ambiance is great with high ceilings and a good amount of seating! I love sitting at the bar!“

“I eat here almost everyday for the past 5 years, and I still haven't tasted everything on the menu!!! =) so much to choose from . thumbs up!“
“The best Chapin bread and that's it. I am Mexican and Mexican bread is very delicious but I like this bread better. In addition, Oakland is already getting its act together and is cleaning the streets of all the trash there is. So now the bakery is more accessible.“

“Convenient location, near transit (BART station) and not far from freeway exit. Very nice facility, modern, clean and good looking. Food wasn't very pricey. Wines were a little expensive but we got 50% off for Sunday so that really helped. The fried calamary was pretty good. The fish and chips were good too but perhaps a little more would be nice. The Cioppino must be the Caribbean style because it tasted nothing like the one you would in North Beach, San Francisco. It had just a few shrimps and few pieces of fish, no shellfish, and could have used more saffron (unless not required for Caribbean cooking). The raw oysters were from Washington, fresh. I wonder why not California. We have oysters farms in Marshall, Point Reyes, etc.“
