“A gem of a neighborhood joint. Food was outstanding. We had a party of 12 and from the amazing chips and salsa to the outstanding margaritas, everything was wonderful. Of particular note was the exquisite mango salad. So good that we came back 2 days later to have another and try more of their dishes. Delicious!!“

“Love this place, the food is fantastic, very much a taqueria. The Cameron’s taco are fantastic. Everyone that works there are really friendly, you can tell they like it there because it is the same faces.
They moved in and painted the place bright pink. They replaced another favorite that was not able to survive COVID.
If you get take out, check you got your chips, they love to leave those out of your bag. 5 stars if not for the many bags of missing chips.“

“The restaurant's atmosphere is fantastic, the service is exceptional and the food is amazing. If you are looking for authentic Guatemalan food this is your place. From the music to the way the restaurant is accommodated, the always attentive and polite staff and the delicious food they serve; this is a place where you'd want to come back. If you are Latino, this is your place. Now don't get me wrong, I've seen people for various ethnics eating here and it's always satisfying to see how much they like the food.“

“1111 Solano is a new location for this restaurant. Previously near Craneway and before the pandemic in Point Richmond. Same chef, same staff, and same excellent food and service.“
“The perfect atmosphere to settle in and finally get some much needed work done.
My latte was genuinely lovely! Smooth, balanced, and rich without being heavy. You could taste the care in every sip, and the milk was steamed to that silky perfection that makes a latte feel indulgent rather than routine. The latte art itself was so picturesque it almost felt wrong to disturb it. Delicate, precise, and quietly beautiful, like a small piece of art meant just for me. Alongside it, my tea was soothing and fragrant, grounding me even further into the moment. A spot you must try if you haven’t and a spot you definitely want to return to if you have.“

“We have felt lucky to live within walking distance of Casa Latina. Tonight I put in a phone order, as I have many times and the order was taken carelessly and messed up (Baja fish taco, not fish taco), so when I got home, I had to drive back up and have the meal remade, and then it was just not good. Tortillas were weirdly dry and the fish was overcooked (like, fried to the color of coffee grounds). A great neighborhood place on Fridays, will probably skip it on Mondays.“
