One word to describe this place "WOW." The food was honestly beyond our expectations. We were looking for something near by to eat and we came across Pipirin. The order was ready within minutes from ordering. We order tortas and tacos of pierna, carnitas, birria and Lengua all meats where so good to say the least. This is a must try.
It’s appears to be a permanent food truck with a covered area with some benches. I only got two tacos so I’ll need to go again to try their other offerings. Tacos were solid, and folks were friendly.BTW, when did tacos get to be $4/each?

It is so wonderful to see Pipiran not only surviving but improving on their already consistent, authentic game. I enjoyed the Barbacoa tacos immensely and the cordial staff were delightful.
