Raj is great. I have eaten here over 10 times since I have discovered this place last November. Literally, equivalent to home cooked food. He can modify most dishes to your preference (Vegan, in my case). The highlights are the naan (homemade, none of that pre-made microwaved/baked stuff), the aloo gobi, chana masala, veggie samosas w/tamarind sauce & veggie biryani. I could probably write a paragraph for each of those dishes, but I will let your imagination fill in the gaps......read full review

Wow! Amazing flavors and the right amount of spice. i chose medium spice. I ordered my usual: chicken tikka masala, saag paneer, samosa, cauliflower and potato (forgot the name), and garlic naan. The food may take a little longer but it is made fresh and I would rather have that than rush the cook. Will come again to enjoy the food with my family. Take out only.

Ordered: butter chicken with veggies instead of chicken Lamb biryani Saag Garlic naan Veggie pakora The butter sauce was not at all what i expected. It was very pale in color and tasted like blended veggies... Raj said it was the authentic way of making it, and the reddish color sauce is actually tiki marsala not butter sauce. The flavor was good but i didn't like the texture and had too many cardamom seeds. The lamb biryani was tasty and i only wish it had the raisins in it....read full review
