The decision to book was easy. In addition to great views and a gorgeous venue, Candi went over all of the details and options and answered all of our questions (I'm a wedding and events director, we had a lot). We waited 2+ years with pandemic delays but it was well worth it. They stayed in communication with us the entire time and we picked up where we left off afterward. This stunning, hidden gem is really the perfect place to host your (smaller) party in Oakland! The room was just right for our 90 guests at my daughter's bat mitzvah, with a glorious sun set over Lake Merritt as we danced up a storm! Highly recommended. Byron and Candi are great to work with, also.
