“Love to order their bean and cheese burrito and their garbage burrito. Those are 2 of my favorite items on the menu. Also I have had the Relleno Burrito with added veggies and it is good as well. Bean and cheese burritos with salsa and lemons are pretty hard to beat for the price.

Vegetarian options: You can order a bean burrito with veggies and that would work for a vegetarian.“

“Dropped family off at ONT to catch an early am flight and stopped in for breakfast. #1 Very clean restaurant and bathrooms (very important) Outgoing and polite employees. Great food. We had a steak & egg burrito and juevos ranchero. We were both very pleased with our meal choices. Nice little diner. Suggest you give 'em a try.“

“Being going here since choice burgers definitely can taste the difference in the green chile fries and I wish they continued to use the original owners recipe they taste very different and off but they are still good just wish they were as spicy and you can tell they use different seasoning and spices“

“J J Grill was recommended to me by my coworkers and I’m really glad I gave it a try! I ordered the chicken teriyaki, which came with cabbage, rice, and my choice of french fries or salad. I went with the fries, and they were so good, hot and crispy. The chicken was flavorful, though it was a bit heavy on the sauce, which soaked into the rice. Not a big deal, though next time I’ll just ask them to go easy on it.

The staff were super friendly and made the experience even better. Overall, great food, good portions, and a welcoming vibe.“

“I have gotten too hot to eat food twice recently, they made my order fresh.

I tried to use a digital coupon for a free chilli dog. I received it for joining up to their website, but this store scoured the coupon, looking hard for a reason to reject my free single chilli dog..... they were successful! They found the expiration date and it was past the date, and I walked out thinking why do they put an expiration date on a digital coupon received for joining up?? Screw your expired gift. Keep it.“

“As per the norm whenever visiting any In-N-Out, the staff is very friendly and patient, the food is fresh and delicious. The double drive thru was a new experience for me as there was no indoor dining on this warm autumn day. I did manage to find some shade at one of the 5 tables. The only thing I might suggest would be instead of umbrellas, have a patio setting. Build a ramada/gazebo for guests to enjoy the small property. The food did take a minute to come out, but I understand they cook everything to order and had long lines of cars. Overall, I was not disappointed with visiting a go to chain!“

Customer service is about going above and beyond for customers and that’s exactly what Lora B does! Every time my mother and me come through the drive thru she not only is very attentive but is also very friendly and always has a smile on her face! “I had lunch here with a coworker. He enjoyed the flavorful French toast with a side of eggs and bacon. I ordered the chicken fajitas, which unfortunately were overly oily and difficult to eat. While my fajitas weren't great, I've had their delicious burgers before and would still recommend this restaurant overall“

“I went here to have a take out at the very last minute before the store closes, but Diego and Brandon are so nice they let me in and still served me. These two have a great attitude, they’re already tired but they still smile and give me a little chitchat while serving me. Diego and Brandon are very great server. I wish we have people like these two in all restaurants. 10 stars ? for both and also the restaurant.“

I truly appreciate that Carl’s Jr. values customer feedback and is committed to improving. Upon revisiting, I noticed a definite improvement in service, which is why I’ve rated them 4 stars. I look forward to returning again, as they continue to serve the hot, fresh food you crave.

Old review: I was deeply disappointed by my recent experience. The cashier failed to honor the coupon I presented and was unempathetic throughout the interaction. I felt looked down upon, which made the situation even more upsetting. I was especially frustrated that I wasn’t given the half-priced fries, even though the coupon had been applied to other sides. This experience left me feeling disrespected and dissatisfied.

Edit: I didn’t ask for a deal—if you’re offering one, it should feel like you value my business, not like you’re trying to make me feel cheap for using it.

“MUCH BETTER EXPERIENCE THIS TIME AROUND!!!!
Maybe they have new employees or new management but this time around the experience was much better. The order was CORRECT! Unlike last time. Also, the service was much quicker.

I swore to never come back to this restaurant after the last time when we had a terrible experience a few months back. We had several items missing and we had to wait almost 45 minutes.

“got the baker burger combo, chicken taco, and street taco combo. burger and combo was really good. some complain about the size but I don't mind and prefer it like that. something satisfying yet not heavy. fries were also good. chicken taco was good also. not as well as from del taco yet still good (probably needs their little sauce they use lol). street taco was alright, did look like an actual taco you get from the street vendors. maybe needs more cilantro, and lime but that's on the person's preferences. only thing is that the chip had a rancid taste and smell. didn't really liked it and the only bad thing. drinks were got, got soda and strawberry lemonade. price was alright, bit expensive though. of course that's corporate greed for you, mostly every fast food restaurants are like that. overall my order was great.“

“This place was recommended by quite a few people in my mom groups. One of my kiddos wanted tacos and cake for their birthday so we went here as a fun little celebration. The food was delicious and the staff was very friendly. Best part was that we started to sing happy birthday to my kiddo, and someone on the staff ended up surprising us and playing the birthday song over the loud speakers in the restaurant . 🩷🩷 My kiddo was so happy and they gained customers for life. “First timer. Had Fish tacos which were very very good. Chicken Quesadilla was also delicious. Definitely a place that we will come back to. Lots of things on the menu that I need to try.“

“When I arrived, there was one person working the drive-thru and the front register but after 5 minutes another gentleman stepped in and the line inside moved very quickly. There is also a order screen to the right where you pick up your food where you can order without having to wait for the register, at least that's what it appears I did not do that.

The french fries were thin but very hot and very tasty. The California Chicken club was actually quite good with guacamole and bacon but I would say that the chicken itself is indicative of the times. It used to be that you would get a full 5-in chicken breast whenever you ordered a chicken sandwich at any establishment, this place is no different in that the chicken was white and could have been grilled in seasoned a little bit more, but it was also maybe 4 in by 3 in which is fairly small for a $7 sandwich. But it was still very delicious.

I like bakers because they do have a great selection and the prices have gone up as they have everywhere but they are not abhorrent.

I did not use the bathroom but the entire place was very clean.

Brings back a lot of memories as the Jack in the boxes on the east coast where we are from has lost most of its Jack in the box locations.
The fried tacos is something I ll never forget.
As far as fast good goes, its pretty good, I like their burgers, not dry and decently portioned, the tomato and lettuce is not brown and seems pretty fresh.“

“Best Mexican food in California!!! And they are consistent across the country! Is it good for you? Absolutely not, do they speak Spanish, sometimes depending on the location, fine dining? Absolutely not. This is a Taco Bell. But when you can go get tacos at 11 pm, with your dog, while wearing PJs and there are NO questions asked... That's 100%! Try doing that at a fancy sit-down Mexican restaurant. They would first ask what the hell you're doing driving thru their dining room, followed by an arrest, and jail time... Need I say more?“
