“Delicious!!! I came with a group of 4 on a Saturday night, and we were able to get a table and food service didn't take long. We all had different burgers and everyone enjoyed them. The Fresno fig was tasty! The truffle fries as a side upgrade were deliciousss, and the brussel sprouts appetizer was amazing, but rather small. Only complaint is the prices being high, at $18+ for a burger 🤷‍♀️“

“Pretty decent hotel bar located in the Embassy Suites. I didn't eat here, but I did have some drinks that were good and the service was decent. Of course it was pricey, but it is located in a hotel. I would've tried some food if I had more time to visit.“

“Friends took me here to celebrate my birthday. As I went to close the car door I slammed the car door on my hand. Broke the skin on my thumb and was bleeding. Went inside and Michelle immediately took charge. Seated us instantly. Brought ice, clean napkins and bandaids. Took care of everything. We then proceeded with drinks, appetizers and the best food and service ever You have a real winner in Michelle !!!“

“Porter's Prime Steakhouse is a contemporary restaurant located in the DoubleTree by Hilton Ontario Airport hotel. This is a hidden gem of a steakhouse, featuring a wonderful selection of prime beef cuts, shareable sides, and desserts. The wine selection is noteworthy as well. The steaks and lamb chops received high praise from the table of 4, and the service staff was incredible, always there but never interrupting or intrusive. I highly recommend Porter's Prime Steakhouse and look forward to future visits when in the area.“

“Oh my god. It was so good. I was craving a burger and I can’t eat gluten or dairy and holy crap…YUM! I hadn’t had a good burger like that in a long time. It’s hard to match the taste of a regular burger when you don’t have a gluten bun or dairy but they did a good job. Now, we did order a second time and it wasn’t as good then. Someone else must have made it but it still hit the spot. I always want another burger afterward. 😋“

“5 STARS FOR PHILIP!!!

Big fat ZERO for the manager who was too busy flirting with the hostesses to care that guests who were told the wait was 20 minutes were still waiting after 50 minutes and we would have gone elsewhere if they gave a crap and told us it would be a long wait. So... Once we finally got seated after almost an hour's wait, Philip saved the night with great service and attentiveness. (It was a birthday for my friend, and I told the hoelstesses, but the front desk didn't tell the server about the birthday so no birthday dessert for my friend) 😞

The hostess service and manager really could have been better. At one point there was a group of 5 or 6 employees (including the manager) at the front hostess station with a CROWD of waiting guests. It was not a good look because it looked like they were loafing around while guests were waiting and waiting and waiting. They didn't offer us an alternative seating location (outside) after we had been waiting double the time they said the wait was. Not sure I'll be back for a little while ... They wasted my time and I didn't like the lack of care or communication.“

“I went with six friends for our usual luncheon. The server was great. We ordered our food. It took a while to get it but the food was delicious and could tell it was cooked by a chef. The food was reasonably priced. Was was impressed and would return.“

“When driving up to this restaurant immediately my eye caught to the beautiful outdoor seating. We visited during Christmas time so there were some Christmas decorations.
I like how it had two entrances, one for restaurant and one for the bar area but sadly the bar and restaurant were combined. When seated for dinner they wanted to put us at a small table for four near the bar area and I requested to sit in the booth a little further back. She had to check with the supervisor and it ended up being ok.
The server was nice but honestly a little too sarcastic, I would expect that at like a lounge/bar but not for dinning. It could be too that maybe she served both areas.
I had the steak, my husband had the wild boar. He loved his and I admit the flavor was very delicious, the sauce they cooked it in but it was on the sweet side, he enjoys that but I don’t as much. My steak came out on quite the platter - literally like a live edge piece of wood. Pretty great display! The steak however was on the tough side. I found this place on my dining app so I thought I’d give it a try. It wasn’t horrible but I don’t think I’ll be back. If I was more local I’d consider but this is not a place I’d make a special trip for. The desert we wanted was out and so that was a bummer but we ended up with the cinnamon roll pudding and it was more like a thick cake.
I guess I just expected a little more with the ratings and suggestions.“

“Came in on a Friday night, found them through some positive google reviews and did not disappoint. The bowls and portion sizes are very generous for what you pay and most importantly food is fresh/delicious. The owners and staff are very friendly, very much looking forward to coming back weekly.

This is a great place to meet clients for lunch or dinner because it is quiet and you can probably utilize the lounge areas outside. A great Claremont meeting place!“

“My mom and brother and I went to The Heights for lunch, and we enjoyed everything about it, the vibe, my chicken marsala was delicious, mom had cranberry turkey sandwich and loved it, brother had the dill salmon, he loved it. My only complaint is, it can get a little loud when the place gets full of customers. Yes half of it is a bar, but overall, we will be going back, great place!!“

“Pretty good selection of micro-brews. It may be a little smaller than the offering they had when they were located a few doors down at the corner of Gary & 2nd, but it's good enough. I've now forgotten the wheat ale I ordered, but it was local and it was good. The brisket sandwich I ordered was outstanding. We must have hit the bartender at a bad moment because when we arrived he didn't seem too keen on our arrival. When I asked what beer was new or something he could recommend, he kind of blew me off. Thought it kind of odd. But, he did come around and grew pretty chill as our lunch progressed. Chalk it up to a bad moment that I don't think had anything to do with us. All in all, I like the Rookery; hanging out on the back patio with a microbrew and a sandwich was exactly what I was looking for.“

“I went there for brunch and had the Smoked Salmon Eggs Benedict and a Shrek Latte with matcha, brown sugar, cinnamon.I must say, the customer service and food both exceeded my expectations. I would definitely go there again to try other items on their menu.“

I highly recommend their red chilaquiles. Place is small so try to get on their waitlist thru Yelp so you don’t have to wait too long.“

“That's a great place if you wanna hang out and watch the games. was packed by 10:30am on a Sunday morning. My kids enjoyed all the sandwiches drinks whatever came through our table of 20. they're not a breakfast place thats for sure, not many choices. we had a pretty large group and most of our breakfast was cold. the waitress kicked butt, she was really good and very sweet. the guys helping deliver the food not happy looked overwhelmed.. The South Course is a real treat, long, challenging, but fair, with generous fairways that give you room to swing confidently. It’s a great test without being punishing. Then there’s the North Course, which is a ton of fun in its own right. It’s shorter, more laid-back, and perfect for a relaxed round. Fewer water hazards mean you can stay aggressive and focus on your short game. Both courses offer something unique, and I’d happily tee it up here any day!“

“Great location in Pomona. Cool sports type bar/restaurant with excellent service and food. Menu is everything from great appitizers to full meals. We were there for a business happy hour meeting and had jalapeno sliders yet I will be back for those and other menu options including the tacos which looked fantastic.Our server at the bar was great. Knowledgeable on all the beer offerings on tap which there are many. Clean and friendly place that I recommend and will return to.“

“Their lumpia is different…in a good way!! Long, thin, crispy and light. I’m half Filipino and have eaten plenty of lumpia in my lifetime…I love their unique take while still keeping the flavor on the traditional side. Also had the pork belly bowl and added a fried egg…yum! Easy to place an order. Atmosphere is great because it’s in Haven City Market, and I’ve found that there is usually plenty of indoor/outdoor seating even if busy and so many other yummy places to try in addition to Belly & Snout. They have adobo tacos on their menu, fusion and variety = fun :)“
