“A hearty Cheesesteak sandwich. Prepared right in front of you. Plenty of options and toppings.We went for lunch on a Monday and was not busy. The location is in the middle of an outlet shopping mall. We ate outside to take advantage of the perfect Orange, CA day.Parking is free and plentiful.Good sandwich, swift service, clean tables and eating area. Recommended.“

“Hands down the best Philly cheesesteak on the west coast, I’ve had cheesesteak on the east coast and the west coast and in my humble opinion Johnny's Philly grill is on par with what you get in Philadelphia and that’s really saying something. We have eaten here many times and will continue to do so. We ordered from here on superbowl Sunday since we are Philadelphia eagles fans.. Go birds! It was extremely busy and they had hundreds of orders called in but they still had ours ready on time and they were phenomenal as usual. It doesn’t matter how busy they are, the food is top notch every single time. Just writing this review made me crave a Philly so I know where I’m eating tonight. I haven’t tried all of the locations but based on the overall experience while eating at the beach blvd location, I’m sure they are all on point. I’m so glad I found this place, even my super picky 15 year old loves it and that’s impressive. I can’t wait to go back after work.

Parking: It’s not the biggest lot but I have never had a problem parking even when they are busy. If I had to park on the street and walk I would still go. The food is that good

“This is the OG spot. Been coming to Philly’s Best for more than 20 years and have a lot of great memories especially at this location! Went to a different one today and they didn’t have the pepper/pickle bar, didn’t serve beer, and no condiments at the tables like this place does.

Not making that mistake again, this was the first Phillys Best where the chain was born and it’s still the best

Parking: Super easy to find parking here, I’ve never had a problem

Kid-friendliness: My dad used to bring me here all the time growing up and I loved the arcade games they had in the corner by the bathroom

“It's been a LONG while since I've eaten at this location, and it's great to see the quality hasn't changed much in terms of their cheese steaks. I've always gone for the Philly's Best or the Pizza Cheese Steak, and this time around I introduced my family to this franchise location, and we all left very satisfied (though a little sleepy from food coma...they do not skimp on the steak here). My son and daughter are not big cheese steak fans, but they devoured their pizza steak and the pizza steak fries.

The cashier was very friendly, and the cook himself brought out our order to us at our table. The service was very friendly and added to the welcoming atmosphere.

Definitely bringing the family back here next visit to Irvine.

Parking: Parking lot is not too big and it's usually full due to a lot of restaurants being in the area. There are two handicapped spots relatively close to Philly's Best.“

“The mushroom cheesesteak here is amazing! The portion was big and the filling to bread ratio was good! I would reccomend getting their cheese fries as well. Service was amazing and was served in a timely manner. Would recommend checking this place out.“
