“I recently visited Juice Breeze in El Sobrante, California and it’s easily one of the best spots in the Bay Area for fresh smoothies, açai bowls, and unique desserts. From the moment you walk in, the place feels inviting, clean, and full of options that are both refreshing and delicious.

We started with their lemon mint smoothie, which was light, fresh, and perfect for the California weather. The flavors were balanced and it really hit the spot. Next, we tried the mini pancakes with toppings like Biscoff, Nutella, and pistachio—absolutely amazing. Soft, fluffy, and loaded with flavor, they’re the kind of treat you’ll want to come back for again and again.

The highlight for me was the viral Dubai chocolate crepe rolls. They were beautifully layered, rich in flavor, and had that perfect texture that makes them stand out from anything else in the area. Definitely a dessert worth traveling for!

“The smoothie was delicious. Seriously good. Watched them slice open the fruit, juice it, and then mix it in. I had #11 ‘power horse’ which layers awesome flavors and a ginger kick that’s just right. It’s a local shop- the guys running it were very friendly, and it takes a little time- 10min ish- to make. And the price was very reasonable too. Dang.“

“Warm, inviting, clean, friendly staff & fast service. The manager was training the ladies on a new menu item (mozzarella bites) & he allowed me to try one. I immediately added the bites to my order because they were tasty & hot. My dragon fruit bowl did not disappoint either. I normally order an açaí bowl but I needed more vitamin c. The bowl was delicious, fresh ingredients & ready within 2 minutes.“

“We tried Mango and Mint in Alameda for the first time on a Sunday afternoon, and it was such a pleasant surprise! The portion size was amazing for the price huge and definitely worth it, especially I love veggies! I ordered the grilled lemongrass pork chop with rice, and it was flavorful. Few seating capacity but that is totally fine since it it kinda quick service set-up.

The Thai milk tea was just how I like it rich with tea flavor, not overly sweet. We also had the pineapple coconut smoothie, and you could really taste the mint and kale refreshing and fun!

Service was great & the staff was friendly, and the menu is simple, with plenty of drink options. Overall, it’s such a wonderful local find a true underrated spot in Alameda.

“Love, love, loooove this cafe! Nomad is everything that you could ever want in a local neighborhood cafe! They’ve got delicious drinks, incredible food, outstanding service, great vibes, and they know their customers. I’ve been coming here for quite sometime now and I’ve never had a bad experience here.

My ultimate fave: Enjoying their chai latte and a pork chop banh mi on the patio. This combo is a win-win for me every single time. Recently, I’ve branched out of my norm and have become obsessed with their matcha latte and other banh mi’s as well. Honestly, you can’t go wrong with anything that you try here. What really seals the deal for me is the excellent customer service. The staff is so sweet and efficient. The owner Bee is an absolute gem! That fact that he remembers me and goes out of his way to say hi even when he’s busy working is truly an honor. Among smoothie bowl places that i’ve been visited in Bay Area, this place has one of the most aesthetically pleasing bowls. The price is a bit higher compare to other smoothie bowl places, but it is worth it since they offer great variety of topping. The taste and the texture are okay. “One of our favorite shops here in the East Bay. We love their açai bowls as much as their smoothies. Everything is organic which is how we like to eat. They also sell lots of conventional snacks, seeing that they're located right next to the high school, like salami, cheese and cracker snack packs, prepackaged deli items like potato and pasta salad, basic premade sandwiches like turkey or ham, and cubed fruit.“

“I think this is ones of the better boba places in Pleasant Hill / Concord area. They have more than just drinks. I saw they have ramen and other side snacks.

I ordered a guava green tea, they didn't have just the guava green tea liquid (the ones just the liquid drink had lemon in it) so instead I had to get the blended drink one without the cheezma. The drink was refreshing and personally I would like the tea to be stronger, it was a bit watered down for me. If they had a stronger tea in this drink it would have been perfect and would have been a new favorite.

The interior is this place is modern and chic. A good amount of table but not great for big groups.

When is packed the orders can take awhile

I forgot to look at the exact name of the drink) and pandan custard toast. I also enjoyed the mango coco the previous time I came here. They have a smaller, simpler menu that's not too overwhelming but the ingredients seem very fresh and tasty! I'll definitely be back!“

“Reminds me so much of the good ‘ol days of QUICKLY’s. Whenever I’m home in Concord, I always go here for their best tasting ever so popular Taiwanese-style popcorn chicken and my all time favorite Avocado smoothie!🥑 Unfortunately, their price went high since the last time I was here tho :( But regardless, the place looks spacious and family friendly and still serve the snacks we all grown to love! “I am a big fan of Pressed Juicery, I have a VIP membership with the app and account and I easily order my drinks online and I pick them up. Concord is the closest location to Vallejo right now. It’s so nice and easy to order and you pick up in their fridge and it’s ready on time! They not only have juices, curated juice cleansed, they also have acai bowls! Super healthy alternatives to some sweet treats. If I’m preparing for a trip or a vacation or event, I do their juice cleaned. More recently I tried their simple 7 day cleanses to clear out my stomach prior. Then I usually do their Cleanse 1, Cleanse 2, and Cleanse 3 for 3 days a cleanse each day. The workers are super friendly and helpful! Located in a shopping plaza at the Veranda; there’s plenty of parking but it can get busy here. There’s plenty of outdoor seating nearby too!“
