“I recently visited Time Pho Boba at 1124 Oro Dam Blvd E F in Oroville, and I was very impressed! The drinks here are absolutely delicious, and you can really taste the difference in the authentic, high-quality ingredients they use. I tried the Mango Escape, and it was refreshing, flavorful, and not overly sweet – just perfect. The customer service is outstanding. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and really takes the time to make sure every customer has a great experience. The shop itself is very clean, well-maintained, and has a nice, quiet atmosphere to enjoy your drink. Prices are very reasonable, especially considering the quality of what you get.
