For our group of 8, we ordered the pulled pork and pulled chicken, along with baked beans, cheesy potatoes, and Southern green beans. Every dish was absolutely amazing! The flavors were on point, and we loved that we had plenty of leftovers for several meals afterward. It made our holiday even more special. Thank you, Smokin' Js, for providing such delicious food! “This is my go to spot for Chinese take out. Their chow mein is probably the best I’ve had here in Oxnard. The noodles are thick, soft and chewy. Their orange chicken is not too sweet, juicy and has a crunch. Highly recommend if you’re looking for some good take “

“We had a really enjoyable visit! The chicken was outstanding—crispy, steaming hot, and super juicy, not dry at all. My whole family left happy and full, which is always a win.

One suggestion for improvement: the mashed potatoes weren’t quite what we remembered. The flavor seemed a bit different, and the consistency was on the watery side this time. Could just be a one-off, but worth mentioning.

Also, a heads-up about pricing: if you’re looking to save, definitely place your order through the KFC app. Most of the promotions are app-only, so drive-thru orders can end up costing more. We saved money by ordering ahead and just picking it up—quick and easy!

“I'm not sure why so many have written awful reviews of this Chick-fil-A. The food here is just as good as other nearby locations, and the staff were quite friendly. The only downside for me (maybe not for everyone) is that all seating is outdoors. Not a big deal at all if you're ordering takeout. Thumbs up from this reviewer.“
