“THE best pizza in the 805! Crust is never floppy or soggy, toppings always fresh and plentiful, good sauce options, bomb salad bar and ranch. Moved away and it’s on the must-have list when I come home. Usually buy an extra one and bring it back. Had someone overnight it across country to me once. Seriously. I’ve had almost every Top Hit and they HIT. Photos are Spicy Garlic Italian and Carnitas Chipotle.“

“We came to Santa Barbara for the long weekend, but our car broke down and we got in pretty late. We tried ordering through DoorDash, but delivery wasn’t available since we were about 30 minutes from the restaurant. We called and explained what happened— and they went above and beyond. They delivered the food themselves, didn’t charge us for delivery, and it arrived hot. Truly couldn’t have asked for more. Seriously, a great restaurant.“

I’ve never cooked a brisket, and Tom kindly showed me two he smoked last night, both beautifully browned and crusty, and ready to be sliced across the grain. For our group of 8, we ordered the pulled pork and pulled chicken, along with baked beans, cheesy potatoes, and Southern green beans. Every dish was absolutely amazing! The flavors were on point, and we loved that we had plenty of leftovers for several meals afterward. It made our holiday even more special. Thank you, Smokin' Js, for providing such delicious food! “I found this shop scanning GMaps. But as I was driving thru an industrial park I began to think they led me off course. So it’s where they do most of the mongering but they have a little shop that serves most of the people in the industrial parks and vicinity. It was funny, they called me out for it lol.

But the girl was super nice and helpful and led me to the Fish Tacos. Well worth it. Light bread in, good crisp and flavor. I would def come back but it’s a lunch spot for the locals. Don’t let that scare you away.“

“Food was average. Brussels were not that great. Nachos were pretty good as usual. Buffalo pizza was meh, have had much better. Hummus dish and chicken strips were pretty good and I would recommend them. Service was solid up front. But went missing after our apps arrived. Had to wave down two runners and a different server for additional service. Drove out fro TO. Don’t think we need to do that again. But if you are in the area? Definitely give it a shot, wide menu.“

“THE BEST TACOS IN OXNARD !!! This has been my spot for years now! I love coming here, cachete tacos, queso birria tacos are the best with the consume. Plus the salsa is the best! Not water and unflavored like the other restaurants. On top of the food is the service I always get by Angelita, she is the best, she always greets me by my name since I’m a regular here now. The only thing I suggest is getting a bigger place that’s how BOMB these tacos are.“

“Chowder is always on point. Recently ordered ceviche and was disappointed to find out they no longer make it with fish, but rather shrimp only. You have to ask for lemons and hot sauce which was typically made readily available in the past. We miss when this restaurant used to be upstairs.“

“Cabo Seafood Grill And Cantina was absolutely delicious! The food was fresh and full of flavor. One of the best parts of our visit was the tableside guacamole it was made fresh right in front of us and tasted amazing. You can really tell they take pride in quality because they also make their tortillas fresh.

The restaurant has a nice bar area as well as outdoor seating, which gives you great options depending on the vibe you want. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the overall experience was wonderful. I definitely recommend this restaurant if you’re in the Oxnard area!“

“Handel's has the BEST ice cream. With every bite, you can taste the freshness and quality of all their ingredients. They also have the most amazing flavors. Some of my favorites are: Monkey Business, Brownie Dough, Buckeye, and Chocolate Peanut Butter Brownie. I've tried almost every flavor and you can't go wrong with any choice you make. AND they are generous with their portions! The small size has a good amount of ice cream...more than at other ice cream places I've visited. Give them a try - you won't regret it! It's the only ice cream I eat now :)“

What we ordered

~ Tiger Sugar Milk. Non caffeinated. Great for kids. Asked for 75% sweetness and it was perfect. Not overly sweet.
~ Strawberry Banana Smoothie is good and perfect blend. More on creamier side
~ HoneyDew Smoothie. Not overly sweet.

BOBA is yummy, chewy and good. One of the best bobas out there.“

“This is my go to spot for Chinese take out. Their chow mein is probably the best I’ve had here in Oxnard. The noodles are thick, soft and chewy. Their orange chicken is not too sweet, juicy and has a crunch. Highly recommend if you’re looking for some good take “

“The staff here is great. It doesn't matter if you're inside or out. The food is so delicious he loves the chilaquiles verdes, chicken fried steak for me. The portion is large but filling. Their homemade banana bread is very good. This is definitely our morning spot when eating out. We have never been disappointed. I love this spot.“
