But I am so tired of going to my hometown Starbucks (Channel Islands) and it either being closed all day, closes early or only can get drinks from the drive thru. Ever since the manager has changed at the store it is almost impossible to purchase a coffee. Your stocks are done and now I can't even get a coffee from your business...so disappointed“

“In an area where there aren’t many vegan restaurants to begin with, it’s great to have one with so many options! It was tough to choose from all their savoury offerings. The fry bread had a nice texture and good toppings. The nachos were a big portion and came with a nice guacamole. Their own dessert, a chocolate cheesecake, was a bit disappointing though. “Dan closed the brewery down for the Ventura County Sportfishing Club holiday party event. 60-70 members/guests attended. The staff handled the party with aplomb and assured everyone enjoyed the evening. This is some of the best craft beer you can find. The food was amazing and plentiful especially the short ribs. I would encourage a visit for some great beers. And if you are having an event, I would strongly suggest working with these folks. “When Ventura first opened up my wife and I ordered meals to go unfortunately things were a little shaky at the time and the meals were short certain items and some things were correct. After calling Ventura and talking to the manager they agreed that next time we come in the meals would be on them. Well as time goes along some things get lost and today the wife found the receipt and called up the restaurant and talk to the manager his name is Nicholas. Well he did a great job he not only provided the meals for us but he was Very very cordial about it and thoroughly understanding he did a great job he made a lifetime customer with my wife and I and I appreciate his hard work and the good food that comes out of this restaurant thank you“

I’ve never cooked a brisket, and Tom kindly showed me two he smoked last night, both beautifully browned and crusty, and ready to be sliced across the grain.
