“I found this shop scanning GMaps. But as I was driving thru an industrial park I began to think they led me off course. So it’s where they do most of the mongering but they have a little shop that serves most of the people in the industrial parks and vicinity. It was funny, they called me out for it lol.

But the girl was super nice and helpful and led me to the Fish Tacos. Well worth it. Light bread in, good crisp and flavor. I would def come back but it’s a lunch spot for the locals. Don’t let that scare you away.“

“Best guacamole anywhere. Made fresh at the table, but somehow there is still something they do that makes it amazing. They make their tortillas in house. For lunch, two of us shared the guac, had a taco a piece and shared a chili rellenos. Everything was delicious. Excellent chill rellenos.“

Two visits so far -- one on the weekend and one midweek. There's a mariachi on the weekend, and futbol on the TV screens always.
Three of us split a big order of ceviche the first time and it was just plain wonderful! The second visit I tried the sopa siete mares which ended up providing me with lunch the next day! Others in our group had fish prepared different ways, all of which were excellent.
The wait staff was helpful, personable and didn't make fun of my ordering in Spanish (and checking in English)!

“My favorite spot in oxnard!! We make a point to try new things on the menu often because everything is so good!! Full of flavor and super fresh ingredients. The tacos are by far my favorite but the fresh made empenadas are a close second!! Everything's made fresh to order so it's hot and delicious! The owner is also super nice. Great spot.“

“Moved to Vegas 25 years ago. Miss 3 things about Oxnard - Family, the beach and Otani’s. Been fortunate to eat in some of the best restaurants in the U.S. I would choose Otani’s Fried Teriyaki Snapper with double rice over any other meal that’s out there. Otani’s was a staple for me growing up and had the fortune of knowing the family. Crave it constantly and go there every day whenever I make it back to town.“

“The Biryni was delicious, spicy as I requested! My friend Korma qas also delicious. I was a little disappointed that the lamb was minced and formed on skewer for shish kabob, it was more like sausage not what I expected. Overall we enjoyed the meal.“

“The perfect dinner experience! This was my third time here and it’s our most favorite of them all!! This time I brought my whole family, pups included, great experience outdoor dining. The front cashier tonight was amazing, His name is Suvam ! He helped with all questions I’ve had, offered amazing recommendations and just offered us patient and professional service all together. The chef’s really did their thing tonight cause everything was on point! And the rest of the staff this evening were all polite and attentive as well, to include the bartender! Recommend this location to all looking for a great meal within a great atmosphere.
We ordered SO MUCH today, I will say if you go, my three recommended staples to try are: their amazing bowl of Clam Chowder, their fried Zucchini appetizer and their Fisherman’s Cod combo!!

“I recently dined at this amazing spot and had a fantastic experience. I ordered the Birria plate with horchata, and my husband enjoyed the fajitas plate. The food was absolutely delicious, and the homemade tortillas were a standout. The customer service was exceptional; the lady who served us was incredibly kind and attentive. The entire restaurant was clean, including the restrooms and the tables, which added to the overall pleasant dining experience. “Finding this place was god-send for a DIY sushi enthusiast like myself. Typically, you have to either mail order ingredients (eg: fish, uni) through online retailers, which can cost a pretty penny. The convenience though of having this near me is that I can drop in and ask for whatever I want!Although I definitely recommend looking online at what is available / having an idea of what you need before walking up to the counter.Staff was very nice, super casual. I felt I could ask them anything really.“

“I try not to visit the big brand name juice places because there are lots of little ones that need attention. This is one of those small places play finally visited and I am glad I did. We have more than just juices here, but I settled for the mango papaya large size, but I should have settled for something smaller. It was too much for me but I did like it a lot. Service was good.“
