“Amazing food! I haven’t had a good meal like that in a while! I recently checked out some of the well rated restaurants in LA, such as RVR and I have to say this is hands down superior. The food, the vibe, and the server was also very attentive and friendly. The portions are very small and I felt like for the price, they could be a little larger.
Highly recommend and will go again!

“I’m so happy Froggy’s reopened - it’s always been my favorite patio in LA! I love all the hummingbirds and looking at nature - I feel I’m far away from the City/Valley - it’s so relaxing! The salmon tacos are awesome and freshly made guacamole doesn’t disappoint 👍🏻 The tortillas are lovingly made by hand and are fresh. One of the most soulful places in Los Angeles- great little bar and historic background. DONT go as I love the cozy authentic vibe - just kidding - I highly recommend this restaurant It would make a great venue for special occasions (this is unsolicited - I just can’t rave enough and want them to flourish- Covid was tough on them like many businesses) Lastly, everyone working there are so friendly and accommodating 5 stars ⭐️😄“

“The entire experience was wonderful the food , drinks and service will definitely have me returning. Even the Owner was so friendly personable, came out spoke with us about different options on the menu, sang happy Birthday to my sister and even a picture with our was absolutely a worthwhile outing.“

“we went there for a quick bite and some drinks, our bartender Wyatt was so lovely, he turned my vegeterian friend to a pescetarian! he recommended the octopus, which we both really loved. the atmosphere was great too, definitely worth a try!!“

“Found this place on accident. So happy i did! The variety of empanadas were great. They were warm when the boxed them for me. Everything is fresh made. I ordered over a dozen. I recommend the dozen for the savings. While I was there I had the spinach & egg. It was yummy! The gentleman who helped me was very nice & helpful. I don't live anywhere near this place but will definitely be coming back.“

“One of my favorite restaurants authentic Latin cuisine. I have been coming here for over 30 years and was so sad when it closed down during the pandemic. So glad it reopened! Can’t wait 😜 to go back. I give it 5 stars for sure!“

“My fiancé and I absolutely love this place! Every time we come in the area we drive 3 1/2 hours and this is our first stop every time! We were recently in town and we ate here twice between two days. The food is always consistent and so flavorful! It may look like a hole in the wall, but it is the best food around!“

“Been coming for years, I love this location low key more than their full service restaurant in the Arts District. The salmon tacos with the aji amarillo sauce hits EVERY time. Can't get them without the rice, black beans and plantains. When I'm in the city it's a must!“

“I love these people and their authentic Oaxacan cuisine. Their grilled chicken burrito, California Burrito and their kids bean and cheese burrito are a staple in our home. Our kids beg for it weekly! Our fave strip mall Mexican.

“The atmosphere was fabous. The staff were all great, friendly, and very attentive and professional. The drink presentations were phenomenal. Great time, not too crowded, so service was quick. I recommend this spot to anyone wanting to het away and have a spirited eveni ng.“
