They were nice enough to still serve us brunch even though the kitchen was going to close in 10 minutes. I got the salmon egg Benedict and my friend got the shrimp and grits. I liked mine, I've had better but it was just the right meal since I didn't want to feel so full. It came with a salad. My friend seemed to enjoy hers. We both got the same drink called Fanny something. Our bartender was so nice and fun and we all got along but the drinks are overpriced and it seems like they fill them with mostly ice so I'm good on their drinks here. The salad is so flavorful and calamari grilled to perfection; the best I have had- tender and flavorful! The main course I had the fusilli nassa pasta which had little shrimps cooked in a red sauce that melts in your mouth. The Branzino with roasted potatoes and veggies were absolutely delicious. The linguine made with zucchini and topped with mouthwatering clams and porcini mushrooms was a fantastic alternative for those that cannot eat regular pasta (still an option). I recommend closing the meal out with a flavorful chocolate flourless cake or tiramisu desert! A pretty small place but they have a lot on the menu, and it's better than it looks to be honest. It's not pretty from the outside but it's clean inside. There's the counter to order at, and there's just a few tables. Most people call in orders and get it to go. We were already there so we ate there. It's about $14 for the platters. These are big and come with lots of stuff. I got the Falafel Plate. This comes with hummus, rice, and salad. Good falafel. These were crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. Ones like these are best. Then I used the pitas to make sandwiches out of these. Convenient place after getting off the shuttle a few blocks from here. It's pretty quick and simple. There's great choices like the falafel for vegans and vegetarians.“
