“coming to this location specifically and picking up my coffee from the pick up section by Andy allowed me to see his cool Ghostbusters jacket and comment on that and also talk a little bit about the remodel that they had. all in all it definitely started cheering me up and now having his coffee is doing it as well as they have definitely created a very good Americano. There aren’t that many Starbucks locations that actually are able to do this. Maybe with the new CEO, little by little, Starbucks locations will change and become better. However, this location with its remodel rocks, my socks and if I could, I would give you guys 10 stars.

“This has the best view! Customer service award goes to Andrea! She’s the only one who has a smile on her face everyday even when it’s crazy busy. I come here everyday. The others either have no idea what they are doing or are on their cell phone and get the order wrong. Thanks Andrea!“
“Staff is wonderful. Food and coffee is standard Starbucks fare, just a step or two above hospital food. One of the few Starbucks in LA that still even has power outlets. Unfortunately they've started removing tables. So unless you want to sit on the floor, you should probably look elsewhere if you want to work on your laptop.“
