“A.J., Rob and crew run one of the busiest Starbucks locations in the desert. This location is fast, efficient and friendly. The vibe is nice. They have a fresh, new ROOMY sales floor and the outside seating is spacious. I truly love this location!“
“I ordered a shaken espresso at another location that turned out to be gross. This location was on my way to my destination so I was just going to ask them to add some more oat milk & syrup and would have paid for it but without hesitating, the gentleman very kindly said he would just remake it for me, no problem.
I appreciated the great customer service, even though it was not this location that messed up my coffee.“
“This Starbucks is SO well maintained. Hats off to these folks.
All employees were busy, and the cashier, Ramon (he seemed to be the supervisor) was wonderful and made conversation on our names.
The drink took a little longer than anticipated, as I was the only person inside, and the employees seemed a little stressed.
As someone who's worked for Starbucks, I understand what it can be like to spend time in a fast paced environment, and the standards that sets on a person. It's absolutely the job of the supervisor to accentuate a relaxed atmosphere during their shift.“

“Turkey pesto sandwich did Not have a fresh taste unfortunately. ;(
My iced coffee was not prepared and the barista was surprised to see me asking for my coffee when I came yo get my sandwich.
Parking: I came close to 3pm and was surprised how full the parking lot was. I decided to park at Pollo loco next door just not to have trouble with tight parking.“
“Always enjoy having a good starbucks on site at the JW Marriott here in Palm Dessert. It opens at 530am and closes at 2pm. Be prepared as the line is always long unless you get there early, but the staff was very cheerful and helpful when I was there for a couple of days. Got my OG iced Carmel Macchiato. See you next year when we return.

“Friendly staff with very good service. They offer all of the Starbucks products you would find at other store plus many more. You cannot use the Starbucks app. At this location. Nice area to sit and enjoy your time in Barnes and Noble. It’s nice to have the option to grab a drink or snack item without running through the mall if you are just visiting the bookstore.“
