“This is by far the best Starbucks in Palm Springs, which is rare inside of a grocery store! The staff is helpful, friendly, consistent, patient… I could go on and on. We often start our mornings here before work and look forward to seeing our SB pals daily. The drinks are always great, but it’s the staff that keeps us going.“
“As good as it gets, we had breakfast here, everything was delicious, had the turkey provolone and pesto, sussage cheddar and eggs with other drinks, all was delicious! Kids live the susaage cheddar sandwich... the atmosphere is nice, the place is well air-conditioned specially for an area like palm springs“
“SEE Update at end of post!! Went to this location to get Iced Macha Tea. Out of stock? It's summer, every summer this happens. I don't know what the issue is with product availability, but you are lucky your competition shut down in Coachella Valley. Two locations this week out of Macha Tea? The manager told me he would order more Macha Tea mix immediately, two days later we went by and they had Macha Tea in stock!! Desert Hot Springs location? No Macha Tea in stock a week later.“
“I've seen a number of complaints and misinformation about there no longer being power outlets available. Starbucks is no longer providing the courtesy of offering customers the ability to charge their electronic devices. I noticed that charge when I visited the Starbucks by Target in Cathedral City. Even employees were surprised of the change and didn't receive advanced notice.
My opinion as a regular customer is that no longer offering available power outlets is ridiculous when the company is charging around $4 for a large coffee and especially given with the recent outrageous price increases. Because I need this customer perk to keep my devices powered while I conduct work-related activities I've been going to a couple other local establishments that do offer me that ability.
I suppose Starbucks has to save money any way it can to pay for the CEO's commuting expenses taking a private jet back and forth between his home in Orange County and the company headquarters Seattle.“
“Today I stopped at this location for the first time. They had a barista by the name of Giselle and she was amazing. She had a very welcoming and friendly personality. She was efficient and provided excellent customer service. I will definitely return to this location. Thank you for outstanding service!!!“
“Love this Starbucks. Always friendly, even when they're busy. They are open later than some. (Will have to drive through the last hour they're open usually.)They did a remodel, so there aren't any super comfy, cozy seats to sit and read (or work) anymore. But there are chairs and tables. Some outdoor seating also. They have "here" drinks /food again with a real mug, which I love! Now if we can just have cute designs on the top of the latte - that would be great!“
“This Starbucks is in a Ralph’s grocery store, so it is really convenient, but there is no available seating.
You can buy a coffee, then shop or look for some baked goods or prepared meals or lunch items while you are waiting.
Service is usually fairly good, but it is really busy and slow sometimes, even if there isn’t a line because they also get lots of orders online for pickup.
I’ve always got a good coffee or cappuccino from here, and we will keep returning.
Vegetarian options: Some vegetarian options in their menu
Dietary restrictions: Non dairy milks available“
