“It's IHOP, this is one of the best I've been to. Service was great and the food was good. I had a latte, although I'm not a coffee drinker but I know good coffee, not the greatest it was adequate. Go for the food. Did not disappoint.“

The French toast is my wife’s favorite.
We also had the rice pudding as a dessert. It wasn’t sweet enough for my taste so I added a little sugar.

“I can't tell you how many times I've driven by phebies Cafe. I finally picked up food a few months ago and it was good. I recently started dining in for my 3rd time now. The waitress remembers us all the time and the food is terrific, not to mention it comes out within 10 minutes. It's. True mom and pop joint and it really makes you feel like you're in a small town. I think I've found my new favorite spot and I live down the street from it! Forget Dennys and IHOP, come here instead.“

“Had pancakes 🥞 of course along side a breakfast burrito. Both were delicious and served piping hot. The burrito was large enough to share with my dining companion who had the 2+2+2 and was more than satisfied after adding a side of hash browns. My burrito contained a LOT of hash browns,sausage links, bacon, cheese and hollandaise sauce with a side of salsa. Not quite sure it contained three strips of bacon as listed in the description but I did enjoy it. Had my Hollandaise sauce served on the side. We did the hot pecan flavored syrup. I have never been a fan of the syrup setting out on the table. Overall a very pleasant dining experience. Will go back again.
