They got my order wrong should of checked before I left the place
Drive thru experience with this Panda on 10th Street West, Palmdale. The customer service I believe Vanity was in a hurry. She gave me my bag without checking if I wanted hot sauce, soy sauce, etc. As though she was rushing. Did not give me enough hot sauce. She came back to window. I informed her that I was waiting for her to come back and she just gave 2 hot sauces more. Really? Just did not want to encounter a bad attitude. I left.

I visit this Panda Express location on 10th Street in Lancaster very often, usually in the mornings during my lunch break from Taco Bell, and I almost always receive great customer service.
On this visit (around 4:29 PM), there was a small issue when one employee in a red shirt tried to tell me what I could and could not order, even though I come here regularly and order the same thing every time....read full review
