“Saturday, February 3, 2024 at 7AM was the first time I visited this Starbucks. I was cordially treated by the barista who took my order and served me quickly. All of the employees were working quickly and tentative to the drive thru customers as well the ones who were coming inside.Very clean, quiet, lots of space, plenty of seating, and a nice view outside. Restrooms are very clean which is a huge influence on my rating. There are tables outside with plenty of seating and it's in a safe place.I would recommend this Starbucks.I would like to add that I noticed some negative reviews as result of honest mistakes and I don't believe that's fair.Sometimes orders are not what we expected or they are wrong. It's happened to me in several places and they were honest mistakes but that does not warrant a negative review.I would like to encourage everyone to expect mistakes and if they occur, then give the baristas a chance to make it right and then post a review about that.
Kid-friendliness: Small chairs with a low table is available.
Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of access on two sides that make it very easy to get in and through the front doors.“
“This is the only Starbucks that I come to in the valley I have cheated a few times lol (they know). But I'm always directed back here. This is the best service! Everyone is kind and friendly and they always make my drink correct. But if for some reason they're having an off day all I have to do is communicate to them and they fix it with no issue. Which is the reason why I constantly return. They definitely make me have a better day all around. I am also not from from this area and I am homeless but they always treat me with kindness and amazing customer service as they do with everyone else there's no judgment and everybody is treated equally. To the staff EVERYONE please never change a lot of businesses should be the same but I have found in my travels that they are not.
FYI I am homeless and yes my dog is with me she is an service dog and she is very vocal and people sometimes are inside working, having meetings, and there is a specific gentleman that my service dog does not like and she's very vocal about it. So not to disturb other people I do not bring her inside all the time because I usually run in there quickly to go get myself a coffee and her water and pup cup to start our day before my shift starts. If she is in my car the air is always on 😉 if it's not a hot day 72 degrees then yes, the windows are open and she has food and water and the windows are cracked appropriately to where she cannot jump out of my vehicle while I QUICKLY run inside there and grab what I need to grab. And oh heaven forbid that she is a DOG and barks...and hauls? Lol I think you meant howl. As u so put it, because she wants her pup cup. She's extremely very loved spoiled and vocal lol. Poor dog? Lol. Go to the East Valley animal shelter there's 290 "poor dogs", "hauling", barking, sad alone and are going to possibly be euthanized. I hope this clears up any confusion and everybody can mind the business that pays them so we can continue to have a friendly environment while getting our mid morning coffee 😉 Salu 💋“
