Their menu includes many delicious Japanese favorites. Udon and yakisoba noodles, teriyaki rice bowls, tempura, sushi and sashimi, many specialty rolls including baked and tempura rolls, appetizers, salads and more. Their rice is cooked perfectly and is delicious! Catering requires 24 hour advance ordering. The owner is friendly and kind.

“Always feel safe coming to get food here I know in LA it’s a big concern for many people they always choose good locations. Food is amazing always cooked to literal perfection or as close as possible because we are human. All around I have always had a good buying and picking up experience with this food truck chain I applaud their seasoning and salute the chef because I tried to replicate their fried rice n I still can’t figure out how they make it so tasty!
